<div class="text-justify">Hola mis amigos de #foodies un gusto saludarle de nuevo, hoy quiero presentar ante uds una rica receta fácil de preparar, mermelada de guayaba ideal para una buena merienda de las tardes, o simplemente para disfrutar a la hora que ud le le guste, a continuación les muestro los ingredientes y su elaboración.</div>

 - 1/2 Kg of guava
 - 100 gr of sugar
 - 20 ml of water.

<div class="text-justify">Comenzamos lavando y picando la guayaba en cuadritos, para  luego llevar al procesador de alimentos junto con los 20ml de agua y licuamos hasta que la guayaba quedé en forma de una crema.</div>

<center>Luego de licuar pasamos por un colador hasta extraer todas las semillas de la misma, acto seguido la llevamos a una olla a fuego medio y le agregamos el azúcar. </center>

> <center> It is advisable to make the jam in a deep or tall pot because when it starts to boil it tends to splash and the kitchen will be a mess and we will also avoid getting burned.  That said, we constantly mix with a wooden paddle for about an hour, until we see that when the paddle goes to the bottom of the pot it shows and the jam does not come together quickly.  </center>

<center>Es recomendable hacer la mermelada en una olla profunda o alta porque al momento de comenzar a hervir tiende a salpicar y la cocina nos quedara hecha un desastre y también evitaremos quemarnos. Dicho esto mezclamos constantemente con un paleta de madera por al rededor de una hora, hasta ver qué al pasar la paleta hasta el fondo de la olla esta se ve y la mermelada no se une con rapidez. </center>

> <center> Once the jam is ready, we take it to a container until its temperature drops and then put it in the fridge until it is compacted, it is advisable to reserve in a glass container with a hermetic lid so that it is preserved for much longer. .  To vacuum seal we just pour our jam while still hot over the glass jar and with an airtight button lid we cover it and turn it until the button on the lid contracts and thus it is vacuum sealed. </center>


<center>Una vez esté lista la mermelada la llevamos a un recipiente hasta que baje su temperatura y luego la metemos a la nevera hasta que se compacte, es recomendable reservar en un envase de vidrio con tapa hermética para que se conserve por mucho más tiempo. Para sellar al vacío solo vertemos nuestra mermelada aún caliente sobre el frasco de vidrio y con una tapa de botón hermético la tapamos y volteando hasta que el botón de la tapa se contraiga y así se sellé al vacío.</center>
