Pabellon criollo Venezolano // Venezuelan Creole Pavilion

Buenos dias amigos como buen vemezolana soy amante del pabellon criollo, y siempre que puedo nos concentimos de vez en cuando y nos preparamos este rico plato. Y hoy quiero compartirlo con ustedes. 

Ingredientes 

* Caraotas 
* carne para esmechar
* tomate 
* cebolla
* ajo
* aji
* Comino
* oregano
*arroz 
* platano maduro
* aceite

Empezamos  sancochando la carne para esmechar hasta que ablande  luego esmechamos , ahora picamos todo los aliños en cuadrito tomate, cebolla, ajo, ají y llevamos a sofreír con aceite onotado colocamos sal orégano comino y vertemos la carne integramos muy bien y dejamos que tome todo los sabores

* Caraotas 
* meat to marinate
* tomato 
* onion
* garlic
* chili
* cumin
* oregano
* rice 
* ripe banana
* oil

We begin by parboiling the meat until it softens and then we grill it, now we chop all the seasonings in squares tomato, onion, garlic, chili and we take to fry with oil onotado we put salt oregano cumin and pour the meat we integrate very well and we let it take all the flavors.

Yo ya tenia caraotas negras congeladas solo de recaletar pero son muy saficeles de preparar. Primero montads las caraotas ablandar con yo le coloco la sal y una ramita de cilantro para que valla tomando sabor , una vez esten blanditas sofríe ajo cebolla y cilantro con onoto y vierte a lo granos, colocas comino y dejas hervir haya esten lista. Una manera muy rapida de aque hablanden tus granos rápidos es dejandolos remojando de un día para otro  y veras que estaran rapidos

Para hacer el arroz colocamos 2 tazas de agua a hervir sal, ajo , cebolla y aji una vez este hirviendo colocamos 1 taza de arroz removemos y dejamos cocinar

Para las tajadas pelamos dos platanos maduros y picamos en lonjas colocamos en un salten aceite bien caliente y freimos hasta aue doren una vez tengamos todo listo servimos y a disfrutar este plato también se acompaña con una arepita frita y huevo pero no tenia a la mano estos acompañantes
