Las plantas son maravillosas, poder trabajar con la tierra genera una fuente de energía de bienestar que les sugiero experimenten. Para esta oportunidad les presento a mi planta de <b>orégano</b>, esta planta la tengo desde hace una año y debo decirles que es muy fácil de cuidar, debe estar expuesta al sol, requiere de poca agua y mientras la riegas disfrutaras de una olor delicioso que invade todo el lugar como suave perfume.

Entre algunos de los beneficios que conozco, porque los he recibido son los siguientes:
* <b>Digestivo</b>: las hojas de la planta de orégano la usas en infusión y ayudan al proceso de digestión.
* <b>Mejora los síntomas de gripe</b>: cuando era niña mi mamá me hacia aspirar el favor del agua hirviendo, en la cual le colocaba orégano y sal marina.
* Es un maravilloso <b>antiinflamatorio</b>, mi mamá lo coloca en el te y le ayuda con sus dolores de rodillas.
* Además en las <b>comidas</b> es delicioso, no puede faltar en una salsa para pizza o cualquier otro tipo de comida en la cual desees brindarle ese sabor y aroma tan particular que posee.
