Cuando amamos a la madre naturaleza todo puede ser posible, desde mi época de niña mis padres me enseñaron a trabajar la tierra y mostrarme sus beneficios, recuerdo que en el campo donde vivía mi abuela había mucha plantas de diferentes tamaños y allí aprendía el arte de sembrar, cosechar y luego de disfrutar de una deliciosa comida hecha con lo que se recogía de la siembra. 

En casa de mis padres actualmente se tuvo que eliminar los espacios abiertos de tierra y en su lugar llegó el cemento y la cerámica, pero esto no ha sido impedimento para continuar con la costumbre de sembrar, porque es una maravillosa terapia de relajación de aprendizaje para los nietos y además se puede disfrutar de consumir en las comidas de nuestras propias plantas.

<b>Aprovecha cada espacio del hogar en el Jardín</b>

A consecuencia de que no había espacio de tierra para sembrar en casa, cada idea que funcione para poder sembrar siempre es positiva, por ello desde hace algún tiempo, mis padres reutilizan las botellas de plástico de refrescos o agua para sembrar, también algunas macetas y han hecho algunos experimentos de las plantas que se pueden cultivar con facilidad en maceta.

A continuación les presento a nuestra pequeña planta de limón.

<b>Hierbabuena</b>

Entre esas plantas puedo nombrar, que el cebollín se cultiva en maceta con facilidad al igual que la planta de hierba buena la cual puede ser usada en diferentes comidas, en sopas es deliciosa por su aroma y el té de hierbabuena es muy usado para aliviar los problemas digestivos, además masticar la hoja ayuda para mejorar el aliento.

La planta de ají es fácil de cultivar en maceta, ella requiere de poca agua y mucho sol. Su fruto es delicioso para utilizarse en la comida incluso en algunos dulces. Este ají es conocido como el ají criollo porque no es picante, pero si tiene mucho aroma. En casa no falta una de estas plantas.

<b>Orégano</b>

Esta planta es especial y es nueva en el jardín, hemos decidido sembrarla en un pequeño espacio de tierra que quedó libre para que ella pueda crecer de forma libre, con esta planta hemos aprendido que no es de mucha agua y sus hojas son especiales para usarlas en salsa para pizza y otras preparaciones. Además, el té de orégano es especial para aliviar problemas digestivos y también ayuda a liberar las vías respiratorias.

Esta publicación es una invitación para todos los usuarios, para que aprovechen cada espacio y oportunidad de poder cuidar y cultivar una planta. Los beneficios de cultivar en casa son maravillosos, porque permite poder liberar estrés y mover energías.
