Hello dear friends, I hope you have a beautiful weekend, today I join this fabulous initiative created by @yolimarag, who invites us to share our three favorite foods, I liked it too much and I decided to bring you my three meals, which I always prepare in home, because I also love cooking, experiencing those rich flavors, trying different cuisines and also sharing with family and friends.

> Hola amigos queridos, espero que tengan un hermoso fin de semana, hoy me sumo a esta fabulosa iniciativa creada  por @yolimarag, quien nos invita a compartir nuestras tres comidas favoritas,  me gustó demasiado y decidí  traerles  mis tres comidas,   las  que siempre preparo en casa,  porque también me fascina cocinar,  experimentar esos ricos sabores, probar diferentes gastronomías y además compartir con familiares y amigos.

# Mis tres platos preferidos son:

 # My three favorite dishes are: 

# Arepa

Corn cake As a good Venezuelan is my favorite, the arepa is very practical to make, they are prepared roasted and fried, and of course the arepas that I like the most are those of my mother, soft and their peculiar seasoning are irresistible, I usually eat them in breakfast. My favorite are the arepas with hand cheese that combination is very exquisite. 

# Arepa 

> Como buena venezolana es mi preferida, la arepa  es muy práctica de hacer,  se preparan  asadas y fritas, y por supuesto   las arepas que más me gustan son las de mi mamá, suavecitas y su peculiar sazón son irresistible, por lo general las como en el desayuno.   Mi  preferida son las arepas con queso de mano esa combinación es muy exquisita.


# The boiled Beef Rib.

This is the one that fascinates me the most and I can't leave it out because I love its flavor and its easy preparation. Boiled beef is an exquisite preparation of our Venezuelan cuisine, which brings the family together, it is a custom to enjoy it on a family Sunday. This rich preparation brings together the most exquisite vegetables, the nutritious flavor of the beef rib, plus the dressings composed of sweet chili, garlic, paprika and onion, plus the Spanish coriander that should never be missing, they give it a unique touch by integrating all the flavors. 

   # El hervido de Costilla de Res.

> Este es el que más me fascina y no puedo dejarlo por fuera porque me encanta  su sabor y su fácil preparación.
El hervido de res es una preparación exquisita de nuestra gastronomía venezolana,  la cual reúne a la familia, es una costumbre disfrutarlo en un domingo familiar .
Esta rica preparación reúne las más exquisitas verduras,  el sabor nutritivo de la costilla de res,  más los aliños compuestos por ají dulce, ajo, pimentón  y  cebolla, más el cilantro españa que nunca debe faltar,   le dan  un toque único al integrarse   todos los sabores.



# Grilled meat

This is my third favorite dish,one because we get together as a family and have a very pleasant time and the other because it is practical and its flavor is very exquisite. Grilled meat acquires an exquisite flavor, the characteristic smell and flavor that firewood gives it. When accompanied with a rich sautéed yucca and an exquisite guasacaca, it is a spectacular dish to taste and enjoy with the family.
> # Carne a la Parrilla
 Este es mi tercer plato  favorito,  una porque nos reunimos como familia y pasamos un rato muy agradable y el otro porque es práctico y muy  exquisito  su sabor.
La carne a la parrilla adquiere un sabor exquisito, el olor  y  sabor característico que le da la leña. Al acompañarla con una rica yuca salcochada y una exquisita guasacaca,  queda un plato espectacular para degustar y disfrutar en familia.
