Hola amigos reciban mis saludos.
En este día comparto con ustedes mi domingo en familia, cada vez que vengo a la cuidad estoy en contacto con mis hermanitas, ya que por tema de pandemia estoy más en el campo, entonces tratamos de compartir.

El día de hoy realizamos una riquísima parrilla.
Me gusta mucho realizar parrilla y como amaneció un día muy hermoso, entonces decidí hacer esta comida para el domingo, además la prefiero porque es algo muy fácil.
Comenzamos la Preparación de este riquísimo plato.
> Today we have a delicious grill. I really like to grill and as a very beautiful day dawned, so I decided to make this meal for Sunday, I also prefer it because it is something very easy. We begin the Preparation of this delicious dish.

Para comenzar se comienza por encender el carbón al cual le coloqué unos trozos de leña para que dure un poco más. Esta leña la traemos de la parcela y es de mucho beneficio al realizar la parrilla, así rinde muchísimo.
> To begin, you start by lighting the charcoal to which I put some pieces of firewood to make it last a little longer. We bring this firewood from the plot and it is of great benefit when making the grill, so it yields a lot.

Condimentados la carne, a mí en particular me gusta colocarle sal y ajo a la carne y listo a la parrillera.
> With the meat seasoned, I particularly like to add salt and garlic to the meat and that's it on the grill.

Teniendo la carne y las salchichas en la parrillera, comienzo la preparación de la yuca y unas arepitas fritas para acompañar esta riquísima parrilla.
Luego de algunas vueltas en las brasas, ya está la parrilla lista para degustar.
>Having the meat and sausages on the grill, I start preparing the yuca and some fried arepitas to accompany this delicious grill.
> After a few turns on the coals, the grill is ready to be tasted.
