🙋🏻‍♂️Primero preparo mi hidratación colo canciones que tengan un buen bajo de fondo porque buena musica ayuda en las pulsaciones del corazon y el flujo de la sangre, la sangre se encarga de enviar nutrientes al musculo para la reconstrucción de las fibras musculares.
