Now there are new things that I try to consistently apply to my lifestyle. I'm on a sugar diet, not because I'm overweight.

I am on a sugar diet because I am in a family with a history of diabetes. So I have to be very careful to keep my diet and drink patterns related to sugar.

If I am outside and have to go to a restaurant, it makes me sad sometimes. Restaurants often add a lot of sugar to their drinks.

But this time I was lucky. There is one of my favorite restaurants that serve separate sugar drinks even though I didn't ask them in advance.

The Coffee Crowd is a popular franchise restaurant in North Sumatra, especially the city I live in, *Binjai*.

Naturally, this restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food and drinks served by them never disappoint.

The atmosphere of the place also looks luxurious and suitable for dinner with your partner and is still included in the range of affordable places.

I ordered Tamarillo Juice. I regularly order this juice when I go to local restaurants. Tamarillo fruit is great for maintaining eye health and the most important thing is to regulate blood pressure more stable.

I often have problems with blood pressure, that's why Tamarillo Juice is always on my list.


I am amazed by the restaurant management that serves Tamarillo Juice with separate sugar. They provide thick sugar water in another container.

Although this may seem simple, it actually means a lot to people who are on a sugar diet like me.


After all, everyone has a different level of liking for sweets. So it is better if the serving of the drink is done separately with the sweetener.

What a lovely thing to do! Very thoughtful to serve the juice like this. Diabetes is not nice and I know that many people have to constantly watch their diet. Sugar is not good in general and it makes the skin older, so you are getting double benefits for cutting sugar out.

If you need to stay healthy, you need to cut down on sugar and salt. Its very difficult but really helps to keep you fit. I have also cut down on sugar but whenever i feel like having something sweet, i prefer to add powdered jaggery which i get especially from someone in the village i know to ensure its actually pure. 
Also, most of us don't know this but sugar when consumed breaks down the protein under our skin that is responsible for bringing glow. So cutting down sugar means a glowy skin too.

You must try jaggery or you can make dishes using fruits like banana pancake, Mango Shake which are sweet due to natural fruit sugar. And never use Sugar free tablets because they eat away your body's calcium. Just a suggestion!
