I am thrilled that I found this spray at a stall six weeks ago because  I was easing back on my lunges and leg work in yoga each day. Like, you will find magnesium in foods like almonds, boiled spinach, salmon, black beans, avocado and dark chocolate etc.  The article I sourced has more food listed if you are interested.</center>

<center>I also found out from the helpful lady manning the stall at the Markets that there is specially formulated magnesium for little ones from babies to about 6 years old who are poor sleepers.  All a parent needs to do is rub magnesium into their feet at bed night.  I was given some sachets and at this stage do not need this product but it is a good bit of information for any parent whose baby is a restless sleeper.</center>

<center>I do know that a friend sprays magnesium oil onto her tired legs at the end of the day.  She says it works very well.  This healthy natural medicine sure beats taking pain medication etc.  and is very worthwhile to have in the cupboard for those times when the body is tired, stained or injured. I for one am sold on magnesium - both the tablets and the spray oils.</center>
