This quote caught my eye this afternoon.   I reckon that this is a commonly known fact .  Or perhaps it is new.  Learning something new is positive.  From my personal viewpoint I agree wholeheartedly, but golly gosh it is easy to anger.  It is about being human isn't it?  We are emotional beings and anger is a prominent emotion that rises to the surface when our ego is hurt.  Anger is a part of our set behaviours.  

Here are some of the comments.

-  Here is a very good reason not to get angry with stupid silly things, one of my failings.

- Yes, it's so amazing!!  It takes energy to be poor than it does to be rich.  It takes more energy to be sick than it does to be healthy and it takes more energy to be unhappy than to be happy.  Go figure!!

-  I agree with you all - so very easy to get feelings hurt and come out fighting.  It takes concerted energy to bring in the positiveness and joy.  I plan to keep on keeping on.
