Pretty 'Australiana' flowers cast pretty shadows ......

A vase of flowers always adds ambience to the house and so I am forever looking out for flowers wherever I go.  I just love flowers.  I pick them from my garden, I buy them in the supermarket and I steal them from shrubs on my regular walks.  Deep within me I never see it as stealing as the shrubs are on council land, on footpaths or hanging over fences. 

My latest flower acquisition are pretty ones picked from Australian grevillea shrubs on council ground down the road and around the corner from my place. I only snapped off just enough picked to make a pretty little bunch.

When the morning light shines in through the front door or when the hall light is on, they cast great shadows.  Becoming a seasoned #shadowhunter my eyes are always drawn to the shadows.  This pretty vase display did not let me down.

No matter how many photos are snapped the shadows all seem to look a little different from each other.

Check out just the shadow on the wall that caught my eye last night.  Not as clear at it could be but the 'noir' looks effective to me.
