My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2021
Hi guys, Thursdays are always busy and stressful. Much of walking up and down, climbing stairs and meeting people. I want to believe all went well as planned for you.

Today started so fresh and I am happy rain drop is reducing over here and life has started making sense.

I started by fetching water. Over in my new environment, water is not easily accessed compared to my home, so I have to go in search for water at the early hour of the day.

After that, I had to prepare and go for practical and guess what? The is always stairs to climb. I really enjoyed running up and down the stairs since I only have it as my opportunity to exercise and that how I got my actifit count for the day.

As usual, it was a very stressful day and I had to go home and rest after everything.
