The food that I will prepare will be some exquisite Pumpkin Gnocchi in Napolitana sauce πŸ˜‹. </p> </div>

The ingredients to use are:

**For the gnocchi:**
* 350 gr of pumpkin.
* 400 gr of wheat flour.
* 1 egg.
* Salt to taste.

**For the Neapolitan sauce:**
* 100 gr of tomato puree.
* 1/4 chopped onion.
* 2 spinach leaves, chopped.
* 1 teaspoon of butter.
* 3 garlic cloves.
* 1 teaspoon of oregano.
* Salt to taste.

**Preparation of the gnocchi:**

**Preparation of the Neapolitan sauce:**
