Jorge un chico que era de una posición clase media, cursaba el último año del bachillerato y en sus ratos libres trabajaba en un pequeño restaurante de comida rápida. Vivía solo con su padre porque su mamá los abandonó para irse con un hombre de más prestigio, aunque su esposo era un excelente escritor, pero tal situación los afectó a los dos en especial a su padre porque se dió por vencido y dejó de escribir, pero siempre estaba pendiente de Jorge aunque muy poca era la comunicación que existía entre los dos.
>Jorge was a boy from a middle class background, he was in his last year of high school and in his free time he worked in a small fast food restaurant. He lived alone with his father because his mother left them to go with a more prestigious man, although her husband was an excellent writer, but such situation affected both of them, especially his father because he gave up and stopped writing, but he was always looking after Jorge although there was very little communication between the two of them.
Jorge aunque tenía un carro modesto siempre soñaba con manejar un carro lujoso y una vez se le presentó la oportunidad y no la desaprovechó porque además se ganaría un dinero con tan solo llevar al baile a una chica la cual a simple vista daba la impresión de ser ruda y que nada le importaba. Llegaron al baile y sacó a Teresa a bailar la cual no quería pero él la convenció y está accedió a bailar con él, mientras bailaban vio una chica hermosa y desde ese día solo quería salir con ella.
>Jorge, although he had a modest car, always dreamed of driving a luxurious car and once he had the opportunity and he did not miss it because he would earn money just by taking to the dance a girl who at first glance gave the impression of being rude and that she did not care about anything. They arrived at the dance and asked Teresa to dance which did not want to but he convinced her and she agreed to dance with him, while they danced he saw a beautiful girl and from that day he only wanted to go out with her.
Teresa se topó con ella en la fiesta y la saludo con sarcasmo, ella se presentó con Jorge y Teresa le hizo ver a Jael que Jorge era su novio y le dijo que quería irse y este la complació, pero antes de irse Jael les dijo que haría una fiesta en su casa y que le gustaría que asistieran.
>Teresa ran into her at the party and greeted her with sarcasm, she introduced herself with Jorge and Teresa made Jael see that Jorge was her boyfriend and told him that she wanted to leave and he obliged, but before leaving Jael told them that he was having a party at his house and that he would like them to attend.
Él llevo a Teresa a su casa, cobró el dinero que le habían ofrecido y entrego el carro en perfectas condiciones. Un par de días después Teresa lo llamó para que la acompañara a la fiesta que haría Jael porque hay iba a estar un chico que a ella le gustaba pero le dijo que irían en calidad de novios para darle celos tanto a Lucas como a Jael y él acepto encantado.
>He took Teresa to his house, collected the money he had been offered and delivered the car in perfect condition. A couple of days later Teresa called him to go with her to Jael's party because there was going to be a guy she liked but she told him that they would go as boyfriend and girlfriend to make Lucas and Jael jealous and he accepted with pleasure.
Llegó el día de la fiesta y Jorge pasó por Teresa a la hora acordada llegaron a la fiesta y Jorge se quedó impresionado con la mansión donde vivía Jael, ella al verlos les dio la bienvenida y enseguida Teresa se dió cuenta de que Lucas estaba ahí y se puso muy nerviosa pero Jorge la tranquilizo e ideó un plan para que hablaran y así fue.
>The day of the party arrived and Jorge went by Teresa at the agreed time and Jorge was impressed with the mansion where Jael lived, she welcomed them and immediately Teresa realized that Lucas was there and became very nervous but Jorge calmed her down and devised a plan for them to talk and so it was.

Jorge los dejo solo y Jael aprovechó la oportunidad para conversar con él y los dos estaban fascinados, aunque ella ignoraba que él era un chico de clase media. Luego vio a Teresa sentada en un sofá y le preguntó que cómo le había ido y ella le dijo con picardía no quiero verlo más hasta nuestra próxima cita y para celebrar se fueron a una heladería ya que querían comerse unos helados y ella le dijo que lo ayudaría con el decano de una prestigiosa universidad a la cual el soñaba con entrar y podía hacerlo porque tenía excelentes notas y así fue.
>Jorge left them alone and Jael took the opportunity to talk to him and they were both fascinated, although she was unaware that he was a middle class boy. Then he saw Teresa sitting on a sofa and asked her how he had been doing and she told him mischievously that she did not want to see him again until our next date and to celebrate they went to an ice cream shop because they wanted to eat some ice cream and she told him that she would help him with the dean of a prestigious university that he dreamed of entering and he could do it because he had excellent grades and so it was.
Llegó el día en el que Lucas y Teresa tendrían su cita y se vieron en una cafetería, pero mientras más él hablaba y ella lo escuchaba más decepcionada de él se sentía porque en realidad resultó ser un chico muy inmaduro.
>The day came when Lucas and Teresa would have their date and they saw each other in a cafeteria, but the more he talked and she listened to him the more disappointed she felt because he turned out to be a very immature boy.
Pero Jorge sin saber lo que había ocurrido la llamó para ver cómo había resultado todo y ella le mintió diciéndole que había sido todo perfecto, entonces ella le dijo que darían una fiesta y que tenían que hacer su rompimiento público y Jorge acepto porque no sabía la verdad.
>But Jorge without knowing what had happened called her to see how everything had turned out and she lied to him telling him that everything had been perfect, then she told him that they would have a party and that they had to make their breakup public and Jorge accepted because he did not know the truth.
Idearon todo a la perfección y cuando Jorge entro vió que Lucas la tenía abrazada y formó un escándalo, pero se comportó como un verdadero idiota egocéntrico y eso hizo que Teresa se sintiera muy herida luego cada quien salió por su lado y Lucas se fue detrás de Teresa mientras que Jael salió en busca de Jorge, ella lo consoló, se besaron y ella lo invito a una fiesta que harían en el liceo y él aceptó encantado.
>They devised everything to perfection and when Jorge came in he saw that Lucas was holding her and made a scandal, but he behaved like a real egocentric idiot and that made Teresa feel very hurt, then each one went their own way and Lucas went after Teresa while Jael went in search of Jorge, she consoled him, they kissed and she invited him to a party that they would have at the high school and he accepted delighted.
Estaba feliz porque estaba logrando todos sus objetivos, llegó el día de la fiesta y el pasó por Jael la cual estaba despampanante, llegaron a la fiesta y una chica que estudiaba allí lo vio y se acordó que él trabajaba en un pequeño negocio de comida rápida y se acercó hasta él para saludarlo y decirle que le encantaba los sandwiches que vendían en su lugar de trabajo.
>He was happy because he was achieving all his goals, the day of the party came and he passed by Jael who was stunning, they arrived at the party and a girl who was studying there saw him and remembered that he worked in a small fast food business and came up to him to say hello and tell him that she loved the sandwiches they sold at his workplace.

Jael se quedó sin palabra y le dijo a Jorge que estaba pasando y él tuvo que decirle toda la verdad y Jael furiosa le dijo que ella era demasiada buena para él y lo dejó solo, pero al mirar a su alrededor se dió cuenta que Teresa estaba ahí bailando con unas amigas sola y Lucas no estaba con ella, se acercó a ella y está le preguntó por Jael y él le contesto anda por ahí y Lucas ella dijo anda por ahí y entonces Jorge le dijo no resultó lo de ustedes y ella le tuvo que confesar la verdad y le dijo que prefería a los imbéciles como él y Jorge entonces le dijo nos damos una oportunidad pero ella le dijo que no era un reemplazo.
>Jael was speechless and told Jorge what was going on and he had to tell her the whole truth and Jael angrily told him that she was too good for him and left him alone, but when she looked around she realized that Teresa was there dancing with some friends alone and Lucas was not with her, He approached her and she asked him about Jael and he said she was around and Lucas said she was around and then Jorge said it didn't work out between you and she had to confess the truth and told him that she preferred jerks like him and Jorge then said let's give her a chance but she told him that she was not a replacement.
Ese día llegó cabizbajo a su casa y su papá le dijo porque había llegado tan temprano y él le dijo que las cosas no habían salido como él las había planeado, pero que estaba actuando así porque una de las profesoras le había dicho que tenía que descubrir quién en realidad era Jorge.
>That day he arrived home crestfallen and his dad told him why he had come home so early and he told him that things had not gone as he had planned, but that he was acting that way because one of the teachers had told him that he had to find out who Jorge really was.
Su papá le dijo que nadie sabía quién era en realidad y aprovecho para agradecerle a su hijo que le dijera que se había dado por vencido y esto hizo que escribiera varias historias cortas y las mando a una editorial y le confesó que lo amaba y Jorge también le dijo que él también lo amaba.
>His father told him that no one knew who he really was and took the opportunity to thank his son for telling him that he had given up and this made him write several short stories and send them to a publisher and he confessed that he loved him and Jorge also told him that he loved him too.
Se acostó y estaba triste porque Teresa no le había respondido los mensajes, amaneció y se veía triste. Su padre le preguntó que si quería un filete pero él le dijo que no, pero le comentó que le había llegado una correspondencia y cuando la abrió se percató que la editorial le daría una ayuda para que escribiera nuevamente y se pusieron muy contentos los dos.
>He went to bed and was sad because Teresa had not answered his messages, he woke up and looked sad. His father asked him if he wanted a steak but he said no, but he told him that he had received a letter and when he opened it he realized that the publisher would give him a help to write again and they were very happy both.

Él no dejaba de pensar en Teresa cuando escuchó que tocaban a su puerta y cuál sería su sorpresa que cuando abrió la puerta era ella y lo invito a salir hablaron y decidieron darse una oportunidad y sellaron esa ocasión con un beso apasionado.
>He couldn't stop thinking about Teresa when he heard a knock on his door and to his surprise, when he opened the door it was her and she invited him out, they talked and decided to give each other a chance and sealed the occasion with a passionate kiss.
Luego le confesó a Teresa que su sueño era manejar un auto lujoso, ser novio de una chica linda, rica y popular, entrar a una de las mejores universidades pero le dijo que no había aceptado entrar porque no se sentiría bien pretendiendo ser algo que en realidad no era y por eso acepto la universidad pública en donde le habían otorgado una beca por sus excelentes notas y que sólo se había sentido un chico normal que actuaba tal cual como era solo cuando paso tiempo a su lado y que mientras más disfrutaba de las cosas buenas de la vida más vacío se sentía, por eso le prometió a Teresa que más nunca mentiría para disfrutar de esas cosas y que sólo lo haría si la vida con el tiempo le daba la oportunidad pero siendo realmente sincero y ganándoselo con el sudor de su duro trabajo.
>Then he confessed to Teresa that his dream was to drive a luxurious car, to be boyfriend of a beautiful, rich and popular girl, to enter one of the best universities but he told her that he had not accepted to enter because he would not feel good pretending to be something he really was not and that is why he accepted the public university where he had been awarded a scholarship for his excellent grades and that he had only felt like a normal boy who acted as he was only when he spent time by her side and that the more he enjoyed the good things in life the emptier he felt, so he promised Teresa that he would never lie to enjoy those things again and that he would only do it if life eventually gave him the chance but being really sincere and earning it with the sweat of his hard work.
