Son aquellas personas que creen superar todo y que pueden pasar por alto cualquier adversidad que le suceda en la vida, la mayoría escriben libros de autoayuda y también hacen talleres para ayudar a las personas que han pasado por momentos difíciles en la vida.

Ellos cuando suelen hablar con las personas que acuden a sus talleres le hacen ver que pueden vencer cualquier tipo de dificultad que se les presente en su diario vivir y en ocasiones algunos han logrado liberarse de los estragos que le han producido algunas tragedias repentinas.

Mientras que otros se niegan a hablar del asunto, es entonces donde ellos se valen de lo que sea para que la persona abra su alma y le cuente a todos los presentes porque está ahí, cuál es la causa principal de su tristeza, desánimo y hasta el deseo que siente de no seguir viviendo.

De hecho, hay un dicho que dice que "si del cielo te caen limones aprende a hacer limonada", pero no es tan fácil como parece, pues a veces nos suceden cosas que nos desgarran el corazón como la muerte de un ser querido o un buen amigo, estás pérdidas dejan un profundo dolor y vacío que nos hunden en la desolación.

En mi caso nunca he asistido a ese tipo de talleres, pero sí me gustaría conocer a personas que estén pasando por lo mismo que yo para conversar con ellas, para que me den algunos consejos útiles que puedan mejorar mi calidad de vida y lo mejor es que me entenderán a la perfección por todo lo que he estado pasando.

Sin embargo, hay personas que asisten a este tipo de talleres y la especialista en autoayuda a lo mejor le puede dar buenos consejos, ya que tiene la capacidad de escucharlos atentamente por todo lo que han pasado todos sus compañeros, esto le permite darles instrucciones para que ellos logren esforzarse un poco más de lo normal para salir de ese estado en el cual se encuentran.

Pero se ha dado el caso que estos expertos en autoayuda no han sido sincero del todo, eso los hace sentir mal hasta el punto que tienen que confesar su pena ante todas las personas que han tratado de ayudar, pero para esto tienen que armarse de valor, en casi todos los casos se han ganado la admiración de esas personas y sus vidas han cambiado para bien porque ahora no tienen nada que ocultar. Por eso siempre debemos ser sinceros con nosotros mismos antes de dar la impresión de que somos personas fuertes y que tenemos la capacidad de ayudar a los demás sin darnos cuenta que también nosotros necesitamos ayuda.

En conclusión cualquiera de nosotros que esté pasando por un momento difícil debemos ser humildes, buscar la ayuda bien sea con nuestros padres, amigos verdaderos y si el problema persiste podemos ir a un psicólogo o si el problema es más grave de lo que creíamos, acudir a un psiquiatra el cual nos mandará medicamentos que nos ayudarán a superar nuestros problemas.
>In conclusion any of us who are going through a difficult time should be humble, seek help either with our parents, true friends and if the problem persists we can go to a psychologist or if the problem is more serious than we thought, go to a psychiatrist who will send us medications that will help us overcome our problems.
