<p>Scientists at the Michigan University in the US have developed the world's smallest computer that would help to find the unique ways to monitor and treat cancer. The new micro-device measures 0.3 mm, which is smaller than rice grain. It can also be used to monitor biochemical process, pressure sensing inside the eye for glaucoma diagnosis &amp; oil reservoir. &nbsp;</p>
