Testing a new processing technique👩‍🎨

Hello my dear friends! For the last couple of days we have been living with the motto: We are cold but not giving up! 
To say it's cold is an understatement! I am constantly running around the yard with a bucket of warm water for the birds to drink. I know that there is a water heating system for farm birds, but it is too big for us ... So you have to do everything manually. On the other hand, I encourage myself that this is good fitness.😁
Today I mastered new brushes in Photoshop (fan brush) and the result was this kind of artwork. 
Although our teacher showed everything on one layer, I did each element on a different layer: orange foliage, branches, background trees, houses, field, sky. In my opinion it is much more convenient. Especially when it comes to branches: you make branches and leaves separately, and then you just layer them on top of each other. So the pattern of branches will be clearer. But this is just my experience, everyone does what he likes best.
As always, I used one of my photos as a reference.
