AVANCES EN MI EMPRENDIMIENTO: "SELECCIÓN DE LOS RECIPIENTES". (Esp - Eng)

¡Hola a todos! Estos dos últimos meses han sido de trabajo y esfuerzo imparables, gracias a esto he logrado reestructurar mi proyecto de emprendimiento en base a todos los elementos básicos que lo integran, y organizándome en función del capital que me respalda. Decidí ir cubriendo cada producto lentamente según como va siendo recibido y aceptado por el público. Durante todo el mes de febrero, y aprovechando la celebración del amor y la amistad, me afinqué más en ampliar la degustación de todos los sabores que le apliqué a la elaboración de los quesillos, y de esa manera ya tengo una selección de los que tuvieron más aceptación.

These last two months have been of unstoppable work and effort, thanks to this I have managed to restructure my project of entrepreneurship based on all the basic elements that integrate it, and organizing myself according to the capital that supports me. I decided to cover each product slowly according to how it is being received and accepted by the public. During the month of February, and taking advantage of the celebration of love and friendship, I focused more on expanding the tasting of all the flavors that I applied to the preparation of the quesillos, and thus I already have a selection of those that had more acceptance.

De la misma manera me dediqué a hacer un estudio de mercado conociendo no sólo los sabores de los quesillos que ofrece la competencia, sino los precios, y lugares más cercanos a mi residencia. También indagué el proceso de distribución en panaderías, y bodegones al mayor, pero de esta parte del proyecto les hablaré en otro post con más detalles y material fotográfico al respecto.

Esta semana vino la parte de indagar precios de los nuevos recipientes que iba a utilizar para ofrecer mis productos, considerando que la vista es un factor determinante en la promoción y comercialización de los postres, decidí que los recipientes debían ser transparentes y delicados, por lo que ya comencé a comprar los primeros. Con respecto a los sabores, me adelanté haciendo gala de mis quesillos en todas las reuniones adónde iba, y el resultado fue un éxito. 

>>This week came the part of researching prices of the new containers that I was going to use to offer my products, considering that the view is a determining factor in the promotion and marketing of desserts, I decided that the containers should be transparent and delicate, so I started to buy the first ones. Regarding the flavors, I went ahead showing off my quesillos in all the meetings I went to, and the result was a success.

De esa manera, y pensando ya en ampliar la gama de postres en los próximos meses, seleccioné los recipientes para los quesillos y tortas en porciones,  en forma triangular.

Con esta selección de postres y recipientes para colocarlos, he dado un paso más en mi proyecto de regreso a mi emprendimiento, esperando las próximas semanas adquirir otra parte del equipo necesario y mostrársela.

Esto es asombroso ... ¿sabes? El embalaje lo es todo en marketing y publicidad de un producto, recuerdo haber intentado lanzar nuevos productos en mi área, fue algo difícil con el análisis de costos para obtener ganancias..

Me encantan los contenedores que tienen buena forma, y espero que haya realizado una encuesta de mercado y un costo adecuados para que no corra a punto de perder o alcanzar el punto de equilibrio,...

Saludos @annafenix ecxelente! poco a poco se va avanzando, me gusta el trabajo de investigación respecto a lo que tu producto necesita, osea, al estudio de mercado que haces alrededor de la zona donde estas para saber cuales serian tus fuertes en tu producto. Me gustaría seguir viendo tu desarrollo con este emprendimiento muchas gracias por compartir con nosotros tu proceso. 
Yo por ejemplo soy muy fan del chocolate, me gusta la torta de chocolate, rellena de chocolotate, decorada con chocolate jj. Éxitos.

Gracias @gilfrenpg los mantendré al tanto. La competencia más cercana que tengo con algunos productos similares a los míos está a 4 cuadras y es un sitio que frecuento, pero ahí es donde yo debo superar mis propios productos y mis ideas. 

El estudio de mercado es un poco tedioso pero valioso para el crecimiento de nuestro proyecto. Hoy avancé un poco más pero con las herramientas de trabajo, pronto publico esos pasos. Éxitos también para ti amigo. 🌷✨
