#### <center>**EL PAPEL, JUGABA UN PAPEL MUY IMPORTANTE**</center>

En la ciudad capital, Bruno Cáceres llevaba con ahínco y empeño la empresa que heredó de sus padres. Al principio estaba reacio a ponerse al frente de una gestión de semejante envergadura, pero con el pasar de los días entendió el papel tan importante que jugaba la fabricación y distribución de papel en la zona. Realmente eran los únicos encargados de esa labor en muchos kilómetros a la redonda. La Papelería Cáceres Arismendi fundada por sus padres, era el patrimonio familiar y base para el sustento de todos los miembros de la familia por ambos parentescos. Bruno quedó con la dirección de los negocios porque fue el heredero universal, sus padres murieron en un accidente hace muchos años y desde ese momento, él juró mantener de pie aquella industria.
La papelería surtía de libros, cuadernos, y todo tipo de equipo escolar y de oficina a muchas empresas, librerías e instituciones escolares de la ciudad y sus alrededores. Los empleados que tenían eran de la época en que vivían sus padres, sólo había un chico nuevo que había ingresado por recomendación de un amigo, y necesitaba el trabajo para pagarse sus estudios universitarios. Estas iniciativas de vida le agradaban; valoraba y admiraba a los que se formaban solos, pensaba que eso tenía más mérito que nada en la vida. Poco a poco Sebastián Guilarte se había ganado la confianza de Bruno, y ya se había convertido en su empleado de confianza, prácticamente en su mano derecha. Pero esta camaradería entre el dueño y el empleado más nuevo, no les agradó a algunos empleados antiguos; pensaban que por los años laborando en la papelería se debía tener esta consideración con ellos y no con un recién llegado.
Un domingo por la noche, Bruno se comunica con Sebastián para notificarle que debe viajar a la provincia para cerrar un negocio que no se podía realizar en la ciudad, por lo que necesitaba que se quedara al frente de la empresa un par de días. El muchacho le respondió con sorpresa y temor que podía contar con él, pero que no dejaba de sentir preocupación por lo que diría el resto del personal. Seguramente verían esta decisión con malos ojos. Eso a Bruno no le importaba, sabía que podía confiar en él. En efecto, al pasar de las horas ya la noticia se había corrido por todas las áreas de trabajo de la empresa, pero lo que para algunos fue motivo de desagrado, para muchos más resultó ser muy agradable ya que en todo ese tiempo le habían tomado afecto a Sebastián porque era una persona servicial, atenta, solidaria y de buen corazón; sin dejar de lado su experiencia y profesionalismo en gestiones empresariales.

La madrugada de ese día, una llamada telefónica hace salir a Sebastián de prisa a las instalaciones de la papelería. Un incendio había devorado una gran parte de la fábrica, y los bomberos habían logrado salvar muy poco. De inmediato llamaron a Bruno, no sin antes acusar a su encargado de ser el único responsable del siniestro porque se retiró de las instalaciones sin supervisar el área de la fábrica y algunas máquinas quedaron encendidas.
Al llegar Bruno al lugar, sintió un dolor muy grande al ver todos los daños causados por el incendio, y aunque sabía que el seguro cubriría todo, no dejaba de pensar en lo ocurrido, y en las acusaciones hacia Sebastián. Le habían manifestado incluso, que posiblemente lo había hecho intencionalmente, pero él dudaba de esas versiones, quería hablar primero con su empleado de confianza para escuchar su versión. En efecto, Sebastián le manifestó su incomodidad por lo sucedido, pero le aseguró a su amigo y jefe que antes de salir de la empresa, cuando ya todos se habían retirado, él y dos empleados más de seguridad lo habían acompañado a hacer el recorrido de rutina para verificar que todo el equipo estuviera apagado, y resguardado. Ninguna máquina había quedado encendida al momento de su salida. Los guardias de seguridad dieron fe de sus palabras, por lo que Bruno procedió a realizar una investigación del caso. Se pudo comprobar que en una de las máquinas de la fábrica hubo un sabotaje a través de una sobrecarga provocada intencionalmente, ésta a su vez produjo una ***falla eléctrica***, la cual creó el cortocircuito que inició el incendio.
Pero la investigación llegó a más sorpresas, un vigilante de la segunda guardia nocturna terminó confesando que había dejado entrar a uno de los más antiguos empleados de la empresa esa madrugada porque manifestó que debía terminar con un trabajo pendiente, se trataba de un tío de Bruno que nunca aceptó haber quedado fuera del testamento ni ocupar un sitio importante en la gerencia de la empresa. El hombre era amargado y malintencionado, y aunque su padre lo dejó trabajar en la empresa, jamás confió en él. Ahora tiene que enfrentar la justicia por los daños ocasionados, y para su mayor amargura, Sebastián fue nombrado Vicepresidente de la papelería.

De esta manera, una vez que la compañía aseguradora reintegró y reparó los daños ocasionados en el lugar, ambos muchachos la levantaron con más fuerza que antes, porque la responsabilidad adquirida era de gran valor, y porque mantenían la convicción de que “El papel, jugaba un papel muy importante en sus vidas”.

#### <center>**THE PAPER, PLAYED A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE**</center>

In the capital city, Bruno Cáceres ran the company he inherited from his parents with great determination and determination. At first he was reluctant to take charge of a management of such magnitude, but as the days went by he understood the important role that the manufacture and distribution of paper played in the area. They really were the only ones in charge of that work for many miles around. The Cáceres Arismendi Stationery, founded by his parents, was the family patrimony and the basis for the sustenance of all the members of the family by both relationships. Bruno was left with the business management because he was the universal heir, his parents died in an accident many years ago and from that moment on, he swore to keep that industry standing.
The stationery store supplied books, notebooks, and all kinds of school and office equipment to many companies, bookstores and school institutions in the city and its surroundings. The employees they had were from the time his parents lived, there was only one new boy who had joined on the recommendation of a friend, and he needed the job to pay for his university studies. These life initiatives pleased him; he valued and admired those who grew up alone, he thought that this had more merit than anything in life. Little by little Sebastián Guilarte had earned Bruno's trust, and had already become his trusted employee, practically his right hand man. But this camaraderie between the owner and the newer employee did not appeal to some former employees; They thought that due to the years working in the stationery, this consideration should be had with them and not with a newcomer.
One Sunday night, Bruno communicates with Sebastián to notify him that he must travel to the province to close a business that could not be carried out in the city, so he needed him to stay in charge of the company for a couple of days . The boy responded with surprise and fear that he could count on him, but that he did not stop feeling concern about what the rest of the staff would say. They would surely view this decision with bad eyes. That didn't matter to Bruno, he knew he could trust him. Indeed, as the hours passed, the news had spread through all the company's work areas, but what for some was a source of displeasure, for many more it turned out to be very pleasant since in all that time they had taken I was fond of Sebastián because he was a helpful, attentive, caring and kind-hearted person; without neglecting his experience and professionalism in business management.
In the early morning of that day, a phone call sends Sebastián out in a hurry to the stationery facilities. A fire had consumed a large part of the factory, and firefighters had managed to save very little. They immediately called Bruno, but not before accusing the person in charge of him of being solely responsible for the accident because he left the premises without supervising the factory area and some machines were left on.
When Bruno arrived at the place, he felt a great pain when he saw all the damages caused by the fire, and although he knew that the insurance would cover everything, he did not stop thinking about what happened, and about the accusations towards Sebastián. They had even told him that he possibly he had done it intentionally, but he doubted those versions, he wanted to speak first with his trusted employee to hear his version. Indeed, Sebastián expressed his discomfort for what happened, but assured his friend and boss that before leaving the company, when everyone had already left, he and two other security employees had accompanied him on the tour of routine to verify that all equipment was turned off, and protected. No machine had been left on at the time of his departure. The security guards attested to his words, so Bruno proceeded to investigate the case. It was found that one of the machines in the factory was sabotaged through an overload caused intentionally, this in turn produced a *** electrical fault ***, which created the short circuit that started the fire.
But the investigation led to more surprises, a guard from the second night watch ended up confessing that he had let in one of the oldest employees of the company that morning because he said he had to finish with a pending job, it was an uncle of Bruno that he never accepted having been left out of the will or occupying an important position in the management of the company. The man was bitter and malicious, and although his father let him work at the company, she never trusted him. He now has to face justice for the damages caused, and to his greatest bitterness, Sebastián was appointed Vice President of the stationery.
In this way, once the insurance company reimbursed and repaired the damage caused in the place, both boys lifted it with more force than before, because the responsibility acquired was of great value, and because they maintained the conviction that “The role, he played a very important role in their lives ”.
