En mis cambios radicales de comer, tuve que eliminar muchas cosas de mis comidas diarias, por lo que he tenido que ponerme muy creativa para poder combinar las proteínas con los vegetales, nada más. Días atrás, buscando qué inventar para no repetir tanto el menú, se me ocurrió preparar unos pinchos, pero no a la brasa como es la costumbre, sino a la plancha. El proceso tiene varias etapas, pero el resultado es igualmente delicioso, es una forma diferente de prepararlos. Les voy a dar los materiales que usé, y el procedimiento.

Luego preparé una salsa con aliños para aderezar las carnes, y para eso utilicé el ají, el ajo, el orégano, el cilantro, la cebolla, la albahaca, el cebollín, y una pizca de sal. Coloqué todo en la licuadora con media taza de agua, lo vertí en un recipiente y sumergí en ella los cortes de carne y las albóndigas. Los maceré por media hora.
