This has been quite the year for me of learning by doing! 

I didn't know public speaking but said yes to speak at a business ladies network last month about my blog.

I spoke too fast, and asked a speech coach what to do about that.  Of course he said "slow down!  The most important thing is that people understand what you are saying." But suddenly I was a speaker!

 Then I went door to door to sell my books and a store owner asked me to do a book signing.

 While there, I met people who wanted to learn to love themselves, which gave me valuable feedback for my next book.

 I met a man named Michael Rubin at a book publishing course a few weeks earlier and gave him a copy of my book and he asked me to do an interview on his radio show in Vancouver, which I am posting here.
