# Ingredients.
- 210 grams of purpose flour.
- 120 grams of vegetable oil or olive oil.
- 80 grams of ground sugar.
- 1 egg.
- a little of salt.
- 1 bunch of green onion (about 15 grams-chopped).

# Step by step guides.
**Step 1:**
- Put oil into a large bowl, add sugar, using electric mixer to mix well until blend togerther. Then add egg, salt and mix well.

**Step 2:**
- Add green onion, mix well. Sift the flour into a large bowl, mix well.

**Step 3:**

- Preheat the oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes, put the baking tray into oven, baked for about 12-15 minutes until golden, then cool down and enjoy!
