Fish is always a good food for your health. Today, i want to show you "How to make delicious stir-fried fish with celery" for your family, with crispy fish fillet, then stir-fry with celery and the other ingredients. I'm sure you will love it.

# Ingredients.

- 300 grams of fish fillet.
- 30 grams of tapioca starch.
- 1/4 tsp of salt.
- 1/4 tsp of pepper.
- 240 grams of celery.
- 120 grams of green onion-cut into 2 inches.
- 2 chilli-sliced.
- 2 tbsps of minced garlic.
- 2 tbsps of soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp of sugar.
- 1 tbsp of salted soybean sauce.
- 60 mls of water.


# Step by step guides.
**Step 1:**
- The first, combine the fish with salt and pepper. Then, add 30 grams of tapioca starch. Mix well for soak up.
- Deep fry the fish into a saucepan until crispy for about 2-3 minutes.

**Step 2:**
- In a small bowl, mix well 1 tbsp of sugar. With 1 tbsp of salted soybean sauce, 2 tbsps of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 60mls of water. Mix well.

**Step 3:**
- Pour the oil into a frying-pan, add garlic and stir well until fragrant. Add 250 grams of celery, 2 sliced chilli and green onion. Final is add mixture sauce. Then put the deep fried fish into a frying-pan.
- Stir well all of the ingredients. Turn off the heat. Arrange the fish into a plate.
