A double chined Eric goes hiking

I don't have a double chin guys, it's just the angle of the pic and the fact that I'm looking down. Or at least that's what I tell myself as lame excuse and to try to ignore the truth: this is the fatest that I've been since my office days 5 years ago.

I mean, I've been quite active and doing stuff all day every day, I just haven't been excercising daily and in a disciplined way. But being active is not nearly enough when you eat like I've been eating for 4 months in a row - that is, like a castaway who only gets a meal a week - and you're 32 years old. It was obvious I was going to gain more than a few kilos (8 in fact).

This picture is from yesterday. I went to a small mount with a friend and we took the dogs with us. Fun times, oh and I got to make 8k steps.
