In actuality, some things are bound to remain the same irrespective of their character or environment. That being said, there is only one constant thing in our life that has the potency to reverse this action and that is change. Change, therefore, is an act or process through which something or someone acts differently in an unusual. 

Unfortunately, this action cannot be revised, stopped or prevent, it's somewhat nature or a path we all must take in the journey of life. I know this because am also a testament to this cause. 

Look around us within and outside our environment we are surrounded by tools and equipment of change. Change, however, has a superb force that it catches up with you at some point in your life. 

Without further ado, I've highlighted at least three outstanding points on things you can do to change your life: 

* **Face your apprehensions:**

Off course, time and time again, we must have heard or seen this. Truth be told, it's a lot easier to say something, but doing it tends to be another task altogether. Facing our terrors and fears goes over several things far from just speaking it out - action must follow. 

A legit way to go about this cause is by mastering the things that haunt or gets you frightened and by so doing you're losing yourself from them and vice versa. In the beautiful words of a wise teacher, he added: 

> **Our fears are only thoughts in our minds that are not real but over time we have become to believe that they are true.**

This guide should always ring a bell when we get frightened or scared. 

* **Enjoy the instance**

Many at the time we get so bothered and peeved about some unnecessary things that we know will never happen or come to pass. We act with the mentality that the grass is always greener on the other side. The reality is, it's not always greener on the other side. It's your responsibility to make your greener where ever you find yourself. 

As banal as it sounds, happiness is free, and happiness is also everywhere, it's your responsibility to find this happiness and live in it regardless. In an attempt to live in this happiness, it's most ideal we start living in the instance. 

* **Appreciate yourself** 

You and you alone have the potency to decipher the outcome of your life. Having said that, it'll be ideal if we first appreciate yourself, before anything. Comparing yourself to someone else will not make you better it only leads to depression. 

Nobody ever said this will be easy, off course there are times when the people you least expect will reject and neglect you. Which is why you have to remain prepaid for the worst at all time, and loving yourself is somewhat the answer to that.
