Cuando fui jugador de fútbol campo a los 9 años de edad hasta los 18, mi mundo futbolístico giraba entorno a mis habilidades y conocimientos en la cancha, donde llegue a jugar varios partidos como titular como lateral derecho e izquierdo, en equipos como Diamantes Fútbol Club, Ruta 20, Academia Fariña y la Gran Victoria (solo un mes estuve en este equipo). Luego de un cierto tiempo, quede en la lista de 24 futbolistas para el Nacional de Barquisimeto en el año 2015-16, donde quedamos de cuarto lugar. Al regresar del viaje, mis tacos de color verde no se encontraron en buenas condiciones y decidí dejar el fútbol en aquel entonces, ya que mis padres no tenían suficientes recursos económicos para ayudarme en mi etapa como jugador.
Paso un año e ingrese a la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela, en el Estado Monagas, Venezuela, para estudiar la carrera de Comunicación Social. Sinceramente, no entendía que estaba haciendo con mi vida, sentía que estaba perdiendo varios años de mi vida en la Universidad. Posteriormente, en el cuarto semestre de la carrera, hice las pasantías en la emisora comunitaria Conexión 91.9 FM durante un (1) mes y medio, obteniendo la calificación de 18 puntos, gracias a mi tutora académica, Haidelvia Moya.

When I was a field soccer player at the age of 9 until I was 18, my soccer world revolved around my skills and knowledge on the field, where I came to play several games as a starter as a right and left back, in teams such as Diamantes Fútbol Club, Ruta 20, Academia Fariña and the Gran Victoria (I was only on this team for one month). After some time, I was in the list of 24 players for the National of Barquisimeto in the year 2015-16, where we were in fourth place. When I returned from the trip, my green heels were not in good condition and I decided to quit soccer at that time, since my parents did not have enough economic resources to help me during my time as a player.

I spent a year and entered the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, in the State of Monagas, Venezuela, to study the career of Social Communication. Honestly, I did not understand what I was doing with my life, I felt that I was losing several years of my life in the University. Later, in the fourth semester of the career, I did the internship at the community radio station Conexión 91.9 FM for one (1) month and a half, obtaining the grade of 18 points, thanks to my academic tutor, Haidelvia Moya.

Después de un (1) meses, el director de Conexión 91.9 FM, Luis Argenis Romero, nos dice a Gilberth y a mi para transmitir los juegos de fútbol en el Estadio Monumental de Maturín. Uno con mucha emoción, le respondimos: "Claro que si mi señor, diga cuando y vamos con los equipos de transmisión". Pasaron algunos días y llegó el momento anhelado para trasmitir en la Fortaleza azulgrana. Recuerdo que aquella vez, Monagas Sport Club, ganó su partido dos por cero (no recuerdo el equipo con que jugó) y yo relate los dos goles con una alegría increíble. Fueron vivencias y aprendizajes muy buenos durante 7 meses en dicha emisora, donde conocí a la gente de Caribeña 103.7 FM, quienes me dieron la oportunidad de estar en su equipo de trabajo en un transmisión de la Copa del Mundo, del año 2018.
Cuando llegue a Caribeña 103.7 FM, llegue con la intención de aprender y obtener más conocimientos en la anterior emisora. Afortunadamente, sucedió exactamente lo que yo quería; logre aprender y darme a conocer. A la gente de Caribeña, les debo un profundo agradecimiento. Seguidamente, tuve otra oportunidad de oro, aterrizando en la 93.5 "La Gran FM", gracias al llamado del profesor Henry Martinez Lara, quien noto en mi el compromiso y la disposición de informar. Gracias a Dios principalmente, estar en el ámbito radial me hace sentir feliz y recordar momentos gratos cuando fui jugador.

After one (1) month, the director of Conexión 91.9 FM, Luis Argenis Romero, tells Gilberth and me to broadcast the soccer games at the Monumental Stadium in Maturín. A few days passed and the longed-for moment to broadcast in the Fortaleza azulgrana arrived. They were very good experiences and learning during 7 months in that radio station, where I met the people of Caribeña 103.7 FM, who gave me the opportunity to be in their work team in a transmission of the World Cup, in the year 2018.
When I arrived at Caribeña 103.7 FM, I arrived with the intention of learning and getting more knowledge at the previous station. Fortunately, exactly what I wanted happened; I managed to learn and make myself known. To the people of Caribeña, I owe a deep gratitude. Then, I had another golden opportunity, landing on 93.5 "La Gran FM", thanks to the call of Professor Henry Martinez Lara, who noticed in me the commitment and the willingness to inform. Thanks to God mainly, being in the radio environment makes me feel happy and remember pleasant moments when I was a player.
