### We had so many flags registered recently that the Steem blockchain couldn't handle the report!

We've implemented temporary measures to smooth things along while the follow on flags added can catch up. Right now you will notice it is only two flaggers that appear per report. That doesn't mean that we won't hit the block size limit again but it does buy me some time to get a more permanent fix.

The bot is designed to check every top level flag being processed for any follow on flags. That can take some time. Currently, our bot is backlogged with about 1660 flags. To alleviate this, I may increase the daily limits for issuance but it is important to maintain a balance between the bots voting capability and circulating tokens. Right now, we seem to be OK but wider distribution would be ideal so the bots VP is gainfully employed.

As stated in previous posts, our bot only issues tokens for the flag equivalent of it's vote value per day plus return-on-investment values. According to my queries, we have about 300 SBD of unpaid flags and have paid over 1000 in flags. There is still database work to be done to deconflict the circulating supply to flags marked paid. I estimate about a 200 SBD margin of error currently.

As a reminder, this project is something I do on a volunteer basis but am glad to keep doing it. My hope is to help refine the system enough so it will run smoothly with minimal intervention. I put in about an hour yesterday and will see what I can get going this weekend. Also, the clock is ticking for HF21 testing so I gotta continue that as well. No rest for the weary or so I've heard.
