I want to share with you what I, in particular, worked for me when writing notes on the web and is the use of the inverted pyramid.
I have read several posts in this community that suggest actions that help us all make our content an interesting note and without doubt all contribute something to this important task.
While the style of each person, originality, fresh and simple tone, short and concrete paragraphs, support in images alluding to the subject that is addressed and a title that calls the action are of paramount importance ... We must pay attention to the Structure and the inverted pyramid!
# What is the inverted pyramid?
The Internet is a fabulous tool that allows each of its users to highlight and give relevance to what each of us, according to the criteria, considers relevant ... So why not take advantage of it?
Obviously this brings with it a lot of controversy, and how not ?, if the interactive media of today allow us to own what we write and how we do.
What I can assure you is that for the most part, the amount of content that is uploaded daily to the web is directly proportional to the number of people who do NOT read on the web or people who only crawl for each of the paragraphs That we write.

# What does it mean to use the inverted pyramid, what's the catch?
Using the inverted pyramid structure means starting the text with the most important information and then going handing over in order of lesser importance.
Nielsen (the so-called usability guru) describes the structure in a subtly different way: "Begin the article by telling readers the conclusion, continue with the most important supporting information, and end up giving context. This style is known as an inverted pyramid for the simple reason that it turns the traditional pyramid style ".
# Structure of the inverted pyramid:
- The entrance or 'lead'. The initial paragraph that 'leads' both the journalist to develop the information immediately, and the reader in the knowledge of the fact.
- Respond to 5 or 6 W (what, who, how, when, where and why), or part of them.
- The material that explains and expands the lead.
- Context paragraphs.
- Secondary or less important material.
# How to distribute the information we have before you start writing?
We must be able to generate interesting ideas in each paragraph, this will surely catch the attention of the reader who is eager for information. If we believe that we have a lot of relevant information and do not want to generate a second part of the post ... Let's use subtitles!
The subtitles will generate an attractive content structure, which aside from being able to help us improve our SEO position (by including our keyword in them) will give the reader the option to identify what is most relevant to him, where he can start Read or where to go to supplement the information you have read so far.
# How do you know if your post is short or long?
- Short posts: 600 words. Its reading takes 3 minutes, assuming 200 words per minute.
- Post lengths: 1,000 words. Its reading takes 5 minutes, also assuming 200 words per minute.

Finally I want to recommend the following actions that together with a good structure and using the option of the safe inverted pyramid will give you result:
- Create an impact title that includes your keyword
- Use of keywords in the body of the text of the first paragraph (remember that the keywords can be: a word or a set of them type sentences)
- Maintain the relationship of the body content of the text with the keywords (topic analysis)
- Use your keyword as much as you can and in different paragraphs
- Put your keyword in bold / Strong Tags
- Highlight the most important of the text with bold / Strong (but do not abuse this resource)
- Use of keywords in the title and subtitles
- Use reference images and describe them using the keyword plus your complete
- Generate hyperlinks that redirect to other content on your website or external
- Try to have your post longer than 300 words
- If you comply with the actions detailed above I can assure you that your post will be attractive, well structured and will have more exposure in the search engines.
I hope this information will help you a lot. Until an upcoming post!
### Do not forget to comment, reply and vote ... By doing so you will be sharing information that could serve others.
