Distrust is a feeling that has its process. I would say like this:
Distrust ⏩ doubt or fear ⏩ rage or anger ⏩ sadness or frustration.

I therefore infer that it involves anger, as indicated in the [guest post](https://peakd.com/hive-102879/@hive-102879/theme-for-april-tema-del-mes-de-abril). I think contextualizing distrust, however that is the process.

Desconfianza ⏩ duda o miedo ⏩ rabia o ira ⏩ tristeza o frustración

#### Cracks in the soul

When we are born we have a little empty box that as we grow up we fill it according to the context and circumstances, with all the feelings and emotions experienced. The first place where we learn is at home, that is where we start the collection. It can also be the place where some people form their first cracks.

From there, people come out extremely unsure of themselves. Fearful of the world and distrustful of everyone and everything, living with many fears, which is why they miss opportunities in life.

#### Grietas en el alma

Cuando nacemos tenemos una cajita vacía que a medida que crecemos la vamos llenado según el contexto y las circunstancias, con todos los sentimientos y emociones vividos. El primer lugar donde se aprende es en el hogar, es ahí donde iniciamos la colección. También puede ser el lugar donde algunas personas forman sus primeras grietas.

De ahí, salen personas en extremo inseguras de si mismas. Temerosas del mundo y desconfiando de todos y de todo, viviendo con muchos miedos, motivo por el cual pierden oportunidades en la vida.

#### Distrust as protection

Distrust is doubting trust. It is not always negative, sometimes it can be good to doubt or hesitate because it means that we protect ourselves from something; let's say that maybe it is intuition but the truth is that we are avoiding the vulnerability of our feelings.

La desconfianza es dudar de la confianza. No siempre es negativa, en ocasiones puede ser bueno dudar o vacilar porque significa que nos protegemos de algo; digamos que quizás sea intuición pero lo cierto es que estamos evitando la vulnerabilidad de nuestros sentimientos.

#### Distrust from anger

The most important relationship is with oneself. It is not the same to live in distrust as it is to sometimes doubt because we are not sure about something. The point is to try to be in balance. Anger enters into the work when we doubt our capabilities because when we are aware of it, this situation becomes annoying. For example, I get frustrated when I don't trust my memory. 🤣

Beyond the above, when trust is betrayed, what a little problem, either by friendship or by the partner, because that lady is lost and to gain it is quite difficult; then distrust gains the ground.

#### Desconfianza desde la ira

La relación más importante es consigo mismo. No es igual vivir desconfiando, a dudar en ocasiones porque no estamos seguros de algo. El punto es tratar de estar en equilibrio. La ira entra en la obra cuando dudamos de nuestras capacidades ya que al ser conscientes, dicha situación se hace molesta. Por ejemplo, me siento frustrada cuando no confío en mi memoria. 🤣

Más allá de lo anterior, cuando la confianza es traicionada, vaya problemita, sea por amistad o por la pareja, porque esa señora se pierde y para ganarla es bastante difícil; entonces la desconfianza gana el terreno.

It is easier to gain mistrust than trust, it seems a play on words 🤭 but it is not, since in reality when someone earns mistrust it triggers a series of feelings such as rage or anger and then that feeling is mitigated a little embracing sadness and at the same time disappointment.

When doubt assaults makes peace of mind wobble. The ghosts of suspicion and uncertainty do not allow to see clearly what may be happening which deteriorates any relationship generating a hostile bond and conflict.

Es más fácil ganar desconfianza que confianza, parece juego de palabras 🤭 pero no lo es, puesto que en realidad cuando alguien se gana a pulso la desconfianza desencadena una serie de sentimientos como la rabia o ira y luego se mitiga un poco ese sentimiento que abraza a la tristeza y al mismo tiempo a la decepción.

Cuando la duda asalta hace que la paz mental se tambalee. Los fantasmas de la sospecha y de la incertidumbre no permiten ver con claridad lo que puede estar pasando lo cual deteriora cualquier relación generando un vínculo hostil y de conflicto.

Among some cases I can mention are: children with some kind of addiction who explore the wallet without warning, unfaithful partners who lie claiming they will not do it again, disloyal friends who do hidden things. These are just a few examples, I would like you to point out others because I am sure there are many cases.

Entre algunos casos que puedo mencionar son: los hijos con algún tipo de adicción que exploran la billetera sin aviso, parejas infieles que mienten afirmando que no lo vuelven hacer, amigos desleales que hacen cosas escondidas. Estos son solamente algunos ejemplos, me gustaría que señalen otros porque estoy segura de que existen muchos casos.

#### The extreme

I always say that all excesses are bad. Being too distrustful or too trusting are the extremes; in the first extreme, too much protection limits living each day with peace of mind and in the second extreme, too much trust often generates wounds. 

In the distrust-trust nexus, the important thing is not to allow it to pass from one circumstantial situation to another that affects the relationship with our fellow human beings and to learn from the experiences. Trust is a key point in any relationship.

#### El extremo

Siempre digo que todos los excesos son malos. Ser demasiado desconfiado o ser demasiado confiado son los extremos; en el primer extremo el exceso de protección limita el vivir cada día con tranquilidad y en el segundo extremo, confiar demasiado genera heridas con frecuencia.

En el nexo desconfianza-ira, lo importante es no permitir que pase de una situación circunstancial a otra que afecte la relación con nuestros semejantes y aprender de las experiencias. La confianza es un punto clave en cualquier relación.
