Banana for scale  There's a story to it. There's a Polish custom of blessing foods in a basket for Easter on Saturday. I wanted to bake a small one for my basket and looked for a long time, finally found one and ordered from Amazon. I don't think I have to say that it turned out that the sellers mixed up the description. I decided to return it and that's how I learned about non-returnable refunds. So since I'm stuck with it, i decided to bake in it. Sadly it's in the garage now, way too far to take it out and make a photo of it ;) I used a standard loaf recipe, first one was inedible, turn out like clay. The second one was standing in the open for a whole week and was still soft enough to eat.
