**1. Mental strength**

Our mind is the most powerful weapon in this world.  You cannot google life, without mental strength no information will be of any use to you.

 **2. No Way Out**

 At the time of struggle, by choosing a difficult option, by choosing flight from fight and flight, your nervous system is activated.  Dopamine circuit starts and you feel good.
 David says that when you do not give any way to the mind to escape, then the mind starts obeying you.  Come on brother, we have to learn and fear as much as we can.  When mind comes under control like this then you can raise new metal standard.

 **3. New Mental Standard**

 We cannot understand until we get out of the old mind set.  How much harm are we doing to ourselves.  When the mind accepts struggle and suffering, it stops resisting and starts becoming strong.

 Friends, make a new mental standard yourself.  That it is normal for me to struggle every day, to go through hardships every day.  Friends, this is how battles are won in life.  You do not give even an inch of space to the mind to escape.  You don't run away from work and struggle, but you immerse yourself in it.
