Improve the subconscious with the intensity of determination.
Dr. Joe Dispenza says in his book that, in order to reach the Subconscious, we have to take new decisions with such determination or strong intention or with such a soulful intention that the old thinking dominates the old neural circuitry.  There should be so much energy in the frequency of your emotion that the body has to respond to the new decision.  And you have to do this again and again.

 **Why do we fail?**

 If you are not emotionally attached to your decision, that is, your intention does not have a high frequency, then you will never be able to complete new decisions.  As soon as the difficulty comes, the old thinking will dominate.

 **How to set good intention?**

 Before starting work for 30 minutes every day, write what you are going to do?  And what is your intention behind that?  And connect the intentions with your personal identity.  That is, make intention with those things which affect you the most.

 With practice, you will start connecting your intention with purpose in true sense.  For me, the intention to work for the first 30 minutes was focus, creativity, perception.  Sometimes speed with fluidity happens.  Then sometimes there is passion, silence and service service i.e. doing service through words.  When work is done with this feeling, awareness automatically increases.  And we have to do this again and again.  Gradually, we will go on connecting with the positive aspects of our personality.
