David Hawkins says that, at present the world's consciousness level is around 210, and 85℅ people's consciousness in the world is below 200, meaning people are in such a mental state that if direction is not given, people will destroy themselves and the earth. An example of this is plastic pollution.  Man can control whomever he wants, but below 200 we humans remain ignorant and weak.  Saves man from destruction and elevates the level of social consciousness.

People whose level is above 300.  Like a person who is at 700, he counter balances 7 crore people who are at less than 200, counter balances 7 lac people with 500 energy field and 90 thousand people with 300 energy field.

Dr.  Hawkins says that no level is big or small.  These levels are like a thermometer.  Water below 0 degree is ice and water above 100 degree is steam.  But there is only water i.e. H2O only.  Similarly consciousness is consciousness.  0 or 100 is not good or bad, it is just marking.  Everything is equal for those ideal men who go above 600.  The question is how do we know which level we are at?  Our consciousness oscillates between 3-4 levels, and man feels many emotions.  But pay attention when we are under pressure then how do we mostly behave?  Do we start shouting?  Do we get defensive?  Do we get scared?  Or do we make a firm decision.  This reaction shows at what level we often live.


 **How do we get up?**
Dr.  Hawkins says that if you look at anything with love without judgment, that is, just be aware, then its energy filed increases.  Similarly, if you are aware of your emotions, thoughts and actions, then their level automatically increases.  That's why maps of Consciousness is a tool to understand yourself.  When you come to know in which energy field you are mostly, then you automatically move forward.

 **The second point to move forward is persistence.** 
The person who does not try to raise the level of his consciousness remains at the same level throughout his life.  We have to understand that progressing even one level brings a huge change in life.  For which a person has to make continuous efforts.

 **The third point is Surrender or humility**
 Before going to the next level, a person's ego breaks to some extent.  He feels that I do not know, I need help.  The more a person's ego is broken, the more he moves forward.  That's why the more a person's consciousness rises, the more humble he becomes.
