LEADERSHIP: A GUIDE LINE

<p>And if you got a balanced personality, you may be a good leader</p>

<p>In this post I will contrast on these leadership styles.</p>

<p>A good leader has a clear mission, vision, and values.</p>

<p>Always listen to others and coach them to bring out their best.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Honour others for their thoughts and perspectives.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>set clear goals, provide needed support, and praise good performance.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Keeps himself cool and kalm in all circumfrances and prove himself Problem solving figure.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Liase on with his team and give proper feedback</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Encourges his staff and reward them on their good work.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Has a good Influence on others, due to his inspiring personality.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Hunt the talent, always try to develop the people and recruite leaders</p>

<p>Beleives in system and always develop systems for smooth work.</p>

<p>Aquire good comunication skills and comunicate well.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Does not do everything himself but Delegate work to his team.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Knows the importance of relationship and build good relationship with his field related people.</p>

<p>Establish priorities and do work accordingly.&nbsp;</p>
