Hola amigos de hive, hoy les traigo una receta característica de Venezuela la cual es el famoso Tequeño y conocido en otros países como dedos de queso, el tequeño está presente en la vida de los venezolanos en todas las reuniones, fiestas, bodas porque es un pasapalo indispensable para cualquier ocasión que se presente, por eso quiero mostrarle como hacerlos y seguramente si lo hacen les encantara a todos en la casa.

-	500 gr de harina de trigo
-	100 gr de mantequilla
-	Leche o agua
-	½ kilo de queso duro
-	Levadura 
-	2 Huevos
-	3 cucharadas de Azúcar
-	1 cucharada de sal

- 500 g wheat flour
- 100 g of butter
- Milk or water
- ½ kilo of hard cheese
- Yeast 
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt

Primero pese la mantequilla y coloque los huevos en una taza hasta que estuvieran a temperatura ambiente.

Luego empecé a echar los ingredientes en el bol la harina, la levadura, el azúcar, y poco a poco con una paleta de madera fui mezclando para después ir añadiendo la leche.

Después agregué los dos huevos y seguí mezclando hasta que la masa agarro contextura y pude manipularla con la mano.

Coloque la masa en el mesón para poder amasarlo e ir agregando poco a poco la mantequilla mientras amasaba, este proceso lo hice alrededor de 8 min hasta que la masa quedo con una contextura suave, después puse la masa a reposar en un bol por unos 20 min y mientras reposaba pique el queso duro en trozos.

<em>Place the dough on the counter to knead it and slowly add the butter while kneading, this process I did about 8 minutes until the dough is soft, then I put the dough to rest in a bowl for about 20 minutes and while resting chop the hard cheese into pieces.</em></div>

Con la masa ya reposada la coloque en el mesón, luego la pique en partes para poder empezar a estirarla con un rodillo más cómodamente y cortarla en tiras.

Agarre un trozo de queso y empece a enrollar la masa alrededor hasta que cubrí todo el queso con la masa.

Puse a calentar sartén con suficiente aceite, después cuando estaba bastante caliente eche lo tequeños para freírlos,seguidamente cuando estuvieron dorados los saca y asi estaban listo para poder disfrutarlos.
