Last week and at the beginning of this week I had to walk around the hospital, visit a number of doctors. Why? Do you know what question doctors ask at the reception? "What complaints? Tell me what's bothering you."
I answered them all: "I felt my heart." Yes, friends, I began to feel pain, heaviness in the heart area, and when walking, the pain is given to the left shoulder and spreads in the chest. 
I'm going to see a heart surgeon on Monday. 
And yesterday on Wednesday I had time to walk along the street in the center of Kirov. And to be more precise, in the area of the "Central Hotel".

На прошлой неделе и в начале этой неделе мне пришлось походить по больнице, посетить ряд врачей. Почему? Знаете какой вопрос задают врачи на приеме? "Какие жалобы? Рассказывайте, что Вас беспокоит."
Я отвечал им всем: "Я почувствовал своё сердце". Да, друзья, я стал ощущать боль, тяжесть в области сердца, а при ходьбе боль отдается в левое плечо и распространяется в груди. 
В понедельник я еще пойду к кардиохирургу. 
И вот вчера в среду у меня было время погулять по улицу в центре Кирова. А если сказать более точно, то в районе "Центральной гостиницы".

Next to this hotel there is a medical facility "Light", which I visited. I have been trying not to go to a free public hospital for several years. In our village, a therapist 2 years ago for almost 2 months could not determine why my elbow hurts. In "Light", the doctor immediately pointed out the pain point to me, named the cause of the pain and gave recommendations for treatment. After 7 days, the pain in the elbow disappeared. 
One day at the free hospital they told me: "Have you seen yourself in the mirror? You're not young anymore." And I wasn't even 50 years old then.

Рядом с этой гостиницей находится медицинское учреждение "Лайт", которое я посещал. Я уже несколько лет стараюсь не ходить в бесплатную государственную больницу. В нашей деревне терапевт 2 года назад почти 2 месяца не мог определить из-за чего болит мой локоть. В "Лайте" врач мне сразу указала болевую точку, назвала причину боли и дала рекомендации к лечению. Через 7 дней боль в локте исчезла. 
Однажды в бесплатной больнице мне сказали: "Вы видели себя в зеркале? Вы же уже не молодой". А мне тогда не было и 50 лет.

When I worked in a fur trading company, the employees had medical insurance, according to which we were all examined at the full course. I had a kidney ultrasound and I witnessed a dialogue between a nurse and a doctor. They were waiting for a man who had kidney pain. He was supposed to be sent to them from the free hospital, but he didn't come. The nurse said that she talked to his attending physician and he told her: "The man is already 53 years old, he is already aged, he has already lived, he can not be treated." I was about 40 years old at the time. In a month I will also be 53 years old. It's because of this attitude towards patients in a free hospital that I don't like to go there. It's not like that in "Light". A completely different attitude to patients.

Когда я работал в одной торговой меховой фирме, то у нас была медицинская страховка, по которой нас всех обследовали по полному курсу. Мне делали УЗИ почек и я был свидетелем диалога между медсестрой и врачом. Они ждали на приём мужчину, у которого болели почки. Его должны были прислать к ним из бесплатной больницы, но он не пришел. Медсестра сказала, что разговаривала с его лечащим врачом и тот сказал ей: "Мужчине уже 53 года, он уже в возрасте, пожил уже". Мне тогда было около 40 лет. Через месяц мне тоже будет 53 года. Вот из-за такого отношения к больным в бесплатной больнице я и не люблю туда ходить. В "Лайте" всё не так. Совсем другое отношение к пациентам.

By the way, it turned out that the Central Hotel was renamed the Charushin Hotel. Literally quite recently. 
I will also say that after visiting the hospital, I still had time for about 1 hour and I visited a cafe at this hotel and had a very tasty and inexpensive meal.

Кстати, оказалось, чот Центральную Гостиницу переименовали в гостиницу "Чарушин". Буквально совсем недавно. 
Я еще скажу, что после посещения "Лайта" у меня еще было время около 1 часа и я посетил кафе при этом отеле, и очень вкусно и недорого покушал.

So I went to the polyclinic "Light". 
The cardiologist recommended that I not do hard work, but only walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
I didn't tell him that I live in my house and I have a lot of homework. In the near future, I need to start mowing grass, harvesting hay to feed rabbits with it in winter. And I walk for more than 40 minutes during the day. I take up to 15-18 thousand steps a day.

Вот я и подошел к поликлинике "Лайт". 
Кардиолог рекомендовал мне не заниматься тяжелым трудом, а только ходить не менее 40 минут в день.
Я не стал ему говорить, что я живу в своем доме и у меня много домашней работы. В ближайшее время мне нужно заняться кошением травы, заготовкой сена, чтобы кормить им кроликов зимой. А хожу я в течение дня больше 40 минут. Я делаю до 15-18 тысяч шагов в день.

круглые дома -- редкость, всегда смотрятся интересно.

насчёт медицины - у меня та же фигня.
почти весь июнь. только болит не сердце, а зажим какого-то нерва - но так неудачно, что болит буквально всё, не вздохнуть.  а терапевт, сцуко, выписал мне пить витаминчики. смешно? нет. все мы в возрасте дожития, но даже те кто еще не,  в большинстве случаев не получают должного медицинского обращения - независимо , платят они доктору или нет. увы, это реальность, медицина разучивается лечить примерно так же, как школа - учить. нет диагностов с опытом, а из институтов -- выпускаются двоечники...

вот вот.  если есть возможность заплатить за приём _грамотному_ остеопату  (среди них встречаются волшебники), то это помогло бы.. ну, не то чтобы проблему ликвидировать совсем 100% , но во всяком случае на 70-80%. как-то так.

I am not surprised by this attitude towards people. A person is needed as long as he can work. A person is a cog in the state machine.
"Women will still give birth to people" - these are the words of Marshal Zhukov about soldiers. That's how people are still treated. This is free medicine. They need to save finances.
