Had one of the best adventures ever with my father on Halloween! Started off with a bird of prey flying right in front of our vehicle and that was a good omen to get things started. At the gas station one of the workers was wearing a wizard/magician hat which made me happy cause I love magic stuff! We left the house a bit later than would be ideal and sun is setting early this time of year so we were in a bit of a hurry. Got to the first location and saw beautiful butterflies and grasshoppers and ants. Even though I was rushing fast I was really making an effort to not step on the ants, they deserve to live their lives and I don't wanna kill them just because I'm in a hurry! We shoulda looked at the maps more before we went cause we got a bit lost, but ended up finding something epic because we got lost, it's so neat how that works out sometimes! Found some very interesting things, some of it was quite amazing... We don't 100% know for sure what it all is yet, but we have some ideas. The last location was a bit sketchy and the roads were rugged to the point it was worrying us a bit and that actually made the adventure even more fun and exciting because it was a legit risky adventure. I had to move some huge rocks out of the road so we could drive through and I was scared we were going to get stuck up there and have to get help, but... We made it! I also did what I refer to as a "spirit quest" and there were a few times I was feeling a bit weird... So that added even more to the uncertainty, but it worked out! My hip and finger were hurting a bit too and I pushed my body a lot, quite sore today though I'm feeling very pleased with what we accomplished. On the way home we got some tasty food and it was neat seeing all the people wearing costumes, some of the little kids were so cute! I really hope someday that I'm able to have a kid or kids of my own and be able to take them out on adventures like the kind me and my dad do, and also take them trick or treating too that'd be cool! Hopefully things in life align to allow that... But, I really need to be able to make enough money to properly raise a kid or kids and right now I can't even properly take care of myself without help... So, it's a distant dream, yet I hope it happens one day! I strongly believe I would make a good father if I can get my life in better order and I've heard others say they think similar so that makes me believe it even more. :) Think that's it for me for now, I super look forward to the next adventure! There's much more to explore in that same area and numerous other areas I've been waiting to check out! It's going to be an exciting adventure season! Though, I still need to work on myself quite a bit and become more responsible and healthy. I mean, I'm sure I'd probably be okay if I was suddenly thrust into such, but I think it'll turn out much better if I have more time to improve myself and prepare. Yeah! Indeed, I concur. :) Also, well said! I'm not a very spontaneous person, but in recent years I've had some cases where I thought things went wrong in regard to planning and they ended up taking me down a path that was so amazing I never would have expected... So, these days I'm trying much more to sort of "let the universe" guide me or show me which way to go and if things seem like they are going wrong, they might actually be going right!
