# <center>**Lets start on Illustrator 2018**</center>

> **Open Illustrator take you have. Take a new page of size A4 and then the sizes are automatically selected by default. And select the RBG color mode and 300dpi image resolution for best HD Image. Then click the Create button**

# **Taking Black Box background and Text of NEON**

> **Now take black background for clean vision. And then choose the "Quicksand Font family" and write what you want in Neon effect. And then go to the right in swatches to select the color here. The Swatches are very cool If they apply to the text when you change the color of it. Then its whole effect change its color. Just click on the Swatches and click the color two times a popup appears you just need to select the global then color over change when its change anywhere!**

# **Now taking the copy of NEON text**

> **Now first press Right button and then select the "create outline". Then go to the Edit menu and take a copy of the text and the placed it in front of it.**

# **Now change the color of the copy**

> **After copying change its color from "Color guide" menu same in the option of "swatches". And choose the lighter color from the previous.**

# **Now apply Effects on NEON text**

> **First go to "Effect menu" Then go to the path and then Select the offset path. Now the pop-up menu appears in which the size of the offset is mentioned. Then first click the preview checkbox and then decreased the value of the offset as you can see the size of front text appear much bolder as it previous and less as much its reaches to appears in between lower text which is in back of it.**

# **Now expand appearance**

> **After expanding it then select the lower text which is dark cyan goto the "Edit menu" take a copy of it.**

# **Now Applying Gaussian Blur From Effect Menu**

> **Apply the Gaussian Blur on the copy of the text up to 4 points and then goto again in the "Edit Menu" and placed the copy of the text behind I first picture its look when you apply the effects on it and then its look change quit because it placed in back on it and then the blur effect appears on its back as you can see here.**

# **Now Applying the Gaussian Blur again on back copy**

> **Now apply once more time the Gaussian blur to give you complete the awesome look of it. In same way apply to it. But Increased its value up to 15 points for this time now.To produce the neon effect on it.**

# **Now Applying the Gaussian to Upper text**

> **Now select the upper text and then go to "Effect Menu" and goto the Gaussian blur and  in same way you apply the apply it once more time on the upper text and this time you have to set the value up to 1.6 points to give you the perfect Neon effect.**

# **Now I show the use of Swatches that I mention earlier**

> ** You can the see that there is three copy of the Neon text that you have created so far to complete the whole effect.  You just go to the Swatches and change the color of the text then the whole three color text are change**. 

# For Example "let' s say I choose Magenta"

> **Now its turns into Magenta color by choosing it into the Swatches menu If you select the Global checkbox in the popup menu of that**
