Sautéed String Beans and Squash
Hello my food lover Hivers! 

These past few days, I've been cooking a lot of veggies for our meals. Even now, I am still having veggies in our dish. Well, it's really good to eat vegetables more often because they have a lot more health benefits than meat and processed foods. For today's family dish, I cooked Sautéed String Beans and Squash. So, here's how I cooked it.

## INGREDIENTS:

-String Beans 
-Squash 
-Lean Pork 
-Tomato 
-Bell Pepper 
-Onion 
-Garlic 
-Ginger 
-Soy Sauce 
-Salt 
-Ground Black Pepper 
-Water 
-Canola Oil 
-Vegetable Ginisa Mix *(sorry I forgot to add this in the picture)*

## PREPARATION:

Wash the pork well. Then cut or slice it in your desired size. 
Wash and cut the string beans and soak them in cold water to acquire their crispness. 
Wash and peel the squash. Then wash again after peeling, then cut or slice it. 
Wash and clean all the fresh spices and then cut or slice them. Then set them all aside.

## COOKING TIME:

Heat some canola oil in a pan. Sautee garlic, ginger, and onion until aromatic.

Add the sliced lean pork and sauté until golden brown.

Add the tomatoes and bell pepper and continue sautéing the ingredients.

Then, add water, soy sauce, and ground black pepper. Stir for a while and then cover the pan and let it simmer until the pork becomes tender.

Add the squash and the soaked string beans. Sauté the veggies and pork for 2 minutes and then season with just a little vegetable Ginisa mix and just a pinch of salt. Then add water, just enough to level with the veggies. Cover and continue to simmer until the veggies and meat are cooked.
