Exactly.

Let it all go, seriously.  It's not worth holding on.  Nature even reminds us- everything is constantly letting go; by watching the seasons change we *know* the natural state is to flow.  We are the only things in nature that hold onto (unnecessary) things...

Nicely said, every morning is the new beginning.  I have just gone through a post where she said and its 100% correct that "No matter what happened yesterday, everyday is the new beginnings. In the morning you should only think about the present and future, and always forget the past. Just like the little flower which always blooms in the morning whatever happened yesterday."
