### About Arcade Colony:
Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy web3 features. Newly created games as well as previously released games can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games.  Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike web2 publishers Arcade Colony augments new and existing games into Web3 games.

Hyper Rail Blaster is a web3 arcade style game published by Invennium Corp (developed by @khan.dayyanz) and living on the Arcade Colony platform. The Pricklepack Gang have escaped containment on Planet LVL-42. The mischeivous extraterrestrial criminals are multiplying at a catastrophic rate. It’s up to Herbie the Hyper Rail Blaster to rangle them and protect the Arcade Colony.

### Proposal
Hyper Rail Blaster is requesting 15M Colony tokens per year from the Arcade Colony DAO (@ac1.dao) for 5 years to support rewards in game. 

All users staking Colony tokens are required to vote for the proposal in the below poll. Voting will close after 7 days of post being live. In order for proposal to pass, atleast 10% of Colony stakers need to vote on the poll, and 67% in fovour of the proposal.
