   Because of a bad cold, I had no chance to do workout for two weeks. I managed to recover from my cold, today I could do workout for the first time in two weeks. I have to regain my strength in preparation for a half marathon on next Sunday, even if only slightly. ひどい風邪のせいで、2週間もワークアウトができませんでした。ようやく風邪が治り、今日は2週間ぶりにワークアウトを行うことができました。日曜日のハーフマラソンに向けて、ほんの少しでも体力を取り戻さないといけません。 Today I ran 17km at a reasonable pace. As I had not done running for two weeks, my legs felt heavy in spite of the short distance. As was expected, two weeks without workout have decreased my running ability. But the first running in a while made me feel so good. 今日は無理のないペースで17km走りました。2週間走っていなかったので、距離が短いのに足が重くなりました。やはり、2週間トレーニングしないと走力が落ちてしまいます。でも、久しぶりに走れてとても気分はよかったです。 According to my GPS watch, the number of steps in today’s running was “0 steps”, as on the previous workout.
