Es indispensable conocer acerca del desarrollo y la estructura de los dientes, de esta manera se logra mantener en buenas condiciones nuestra salud bucal, pues es de acá donde salen la mayoría de los problemas relacionados a la boca. Mantener en buenas condiciones los dientes pasa a ser un factor decisivo que nos ayuda en nuestra higiene bucal.

¿Qué son los dientes?

Los dientes pequeñas estructuras con forma dura, suelen encontrarse alineados en un arco dentro de nuestra boca, los podemos encontrar anatómicamente en el maxilar superior y en el maxilar inferior o también conocida como mandíbula de la cavidad oral dentro de una persona en condiciones físicas normales.

Los dientes se dividen en tres partes principales, se dice bien que está constituido por la corona, el cuello y la raíz.

Además también cuenta con unas capas las cuales permiten que puedan ser protegidos de agentes agresores al momento de ingerir nuestros alimentos.

Los dientes se clasifican según su forma y la posición en la que se encuentren, esto es debido a que no todos los dientes son iguales y no todos cumplen la misma función.

Los dientes son de suma importancia pues con ellos es que se permite cumplir parte del primer proceso de digestión dentro de la boca, así mismo son quienes logran desarrollar el bolo alimenticio a través de la masticación, de acá la importancia relacionada acerca de cuidar nuestra dentadura.

>It is essential to know about the development and structure of the teeth, in this way it is possible to maintain our oral health in good condition, since this is where most of the problems related to the mouth come from. Keeping teeth in good condition becomes a decisive factor that helps us in our oral hygiene.

>What are teeth?

>The teeth, small structures with a hard shape, are usually found aligned in an arc inside our mouth, we can find them anatomically in the upper jaw and in the lower jaw or also known as the jaw of the oral cavity within a person in normal physical conditions.

>The teeth are divided into three main parts, it is well said that it is made up of the crown, the neck and the root.

>In addition, it also has some layers which allow it to be protected from aggressive agents when eating our food.

>The teeth are classified according to their shape and the position in which they are found, this is because not all teeth are the same and not all of them fulfill the same function.

>The teeth are of the utmost importance because with them it is possible to fulfill part of the first digestion process inside the mouth, likewise they are the ones who manage to develop the food bolus through chewing, hence the importance related to taking care of our teeth .
