## Sacrifice

Hi all guys and welcome back to my blog. Today I share my watercolor painting which has a macabre subject, an ancient sacrificial rite. The main subject is a stone altar where a human form is spread over it.

Behind, in the background we can see the silhouettes of men and in front, in the foreground, the grim figure of the priest in a white tunic.

A rite that has been performed for centuries by men who sacrifice other men to the gods, ritual killings in the name of a god.

## Sacrificio

Ciao a tutti ragazzi e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido il mio dipinto ad acquarello che ha un soggetto macabro, un antico rito sacrificale. Il soggetto principale è un'ara in pietra dove sopra è  stesa una forma umana. Dietro, sullo sfondo si intravedono delle sagome di uomini e davanti, in primo piano, la tetra figura del sacerdote con una tunica bianca.

Un rito che si è compiuto per secoli da uomini che sacrificano altri uomini agli dei, uccisioni di rito nel nome di un dio. Oggi ho voluto ricordarlo con questo acquarello dove il bieco volto del sacerdote mostra tutta la sua cattiveria.
