Saludos apreciados amigos amantes de la arquitectura y el diseño espero se encuentren de lo mejor, yo estoy muy feliz de poder nuevamente llegar hasta ustedes a traves de este nuevo contenido referente a la arquitectura y el diseño en esta ocacion compartire con ustedes multiples propuestas arquitectónicas de el exterior de un urbanismo que lleva por nombre paso real y se encuentra ubicado en San Juan de los morros Estado Guarico

Esta urbanizacion ofrece una extensa gama en cuanto a la variedad de la arquitectura de sus viviendas teniendo cada una de ellas particularidades que la hacen diferenciar una de la otra, a diferencia de otros urbanismos dónde en muchos casos pueden apreciarse una uniformidad en cuanto a el modelo de sus viviendas esto más que todo lo he visto en los Townhouse donde se visualiza la uniformidad de viviendas, en este caso es todo lo contrario el aspecto de estas viviendas desde su exterior pueden con facilidad diferenciarse una de la otra teniendo cada una aspectos que las hacen unicas y detalles en su diseños distintos de admirar

entre los aspectos que pude admirar durante mi recorrido por esta urbanizacion es la estetica de cada vivienda y el diseño presentado en su exteriores de su arquitectura de igual manera otro aspecto significativo que es de apreciar en esta urbanización es el sistema de vigilancia y de seguridad presente en cada espacio de su arquitectura, tanto como talento Humano asi como herramientas tecnológicas como por ejemplo camaras de seguridad, cercos electricos, portones automáticos son algunos de los elementos que convierten a este espacio arquitectónico aparte de un lugar hermoso es una fortaleza en el sistema de seguridad, por lo que es imposible que una persoba ajena a esta urbanización se encuentre merodeando en los alrededores de la misma ya que debe poseer llaves para los distintos puntos de acceso que posee dicha urbanización, el clima estaba agradable por eso decidi realizar un pequeño recorrido y capturar en algunas fotografías parte de esta amplia gama arquitectónica de igual forma su exteriores diseño entre otros elementos

en su mayoria las viviendas estan constituidas de dos pisos o mas el techo que puede apreciarse que predomina es el de tejas y en otras claro en un porcentaje un poco menor techo de tabelones asi como machimbrado

me percate durante mi recorrido por esta urbanizacion que las plantas ornamentales tanto del area externa asi como la interna se encontraban bien cuidadas y podadas dando un toque de mayor estetica a toda la infraestructura del urbanismo

algo que llamo mi atención de este complejo de townhouse aparte de su hermoso diseño externo es que puede verse en la parte superior una chimenea, algo muy poco inusual en esta geografía ya que por las condiciones climáticas generalmente es un ambiente tropical no se requiere de calefacción ni de chimeneas quizas la realizaron por cuestiones de estetica para darle belleza pero en mi opinión personal se ve hermosa mas no se que tan util puede llegar a ser en esta zona

considero que esta urbanizacion cumple con todos los requisitos fundamentales para determinadas personas ya que brinda estetica buen diseño en cuanto a su arquitectura moderna sin olvidar el sistema de circuito cerrado que posee a su alrededor que la hace una verdadera fortaleza comoda y segura para sus habitantes

que tal les parece esta urbanizacion apreciados amigos? consideras que cumple con las expectativas para elegirla como tu sitio de residencia o prefieres otro tipo de espacio? en lo personal si me gustaría en algun futuro poder adquirir una de estas viviendas y establecer mi residencia en este lugar porque a mi criterio siento que llena todas mis expectativas y su ubicación geográfica prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad la hace aún mas especial aunado a ella las restricciones que posee para el ingreso de personas ajena a la misma
