Hola, les habla Carlota Ruiz, de Venezuela, del estado Carabobo. Cuento con una trayectoria, en el ámbito teatral, de 27 años; también, ahora, soy creadora de contenidos. 
¿Cómo comencé en este mundo de la creación de contenidos? En la realización de videos tengo poco tiempo y creo que mi historia sobre este particular comenzó en Youtube, como muchos. Hoy vengo a presentarme ante esta linda comunidad mi querida comunidad de Hive, y en 3Speak. Como ya les dije, Soy Carlota Ruiz, venezolana, del estado Carabobo.  Mis primeras ediciones fueron de videos, realizados por mi esposo, Marcos Montero, con el que comparto la pasión por el teatro; él, en la escuela donde trabajaba, grabó algunos montajes dirigidos previamente en teatro.  Entre los que están “ Ratoncillo” y “La farsa del Zapatero”. En estos trabajos mencionados hice prácticas de Edición y Montaje, que me permitieron estimularme para continuar en este arte. Luego en mi búsqueda y mucho tiempo después de revisar videos y de trabajar en grifos de criptomonedas me topé con los Axie y la posibilidad remota de ganar una beca, así descubrí aplicaciones como son: el discord, ,  y adquirir conocimientos de criptomonedas. También incursioné en otros proyectos antes de la pandemia. Total que, de tanto intentar, me topé con el video de “Luis Genera tu sueldo”, donde él  hablaba de “Cos.tv”. Abrí allí una cuenta, y al comienzo sólo veía videos, hasta que me animé a subir videos para participar en las campañas. Algo así como llegar a la playa y empezar a mojarte hasta que te lanzas a nadar. 
Soy el tipo de personas que siempre está abierta a conocer, a trabajar, a hacer todo lo que esté en mí poder para  desarrollar un emprendimiento, en este caso,  digital.  Lo ideal es que  te paguen por hacer lo que te gusta, y aquí vi una posibilidad. Antes, posiblemente, esto sonaría como extraño o fantasioso, pero ahora, con tanta tecnología si es posible. Veo que el arte puede dar beneficios a quienes permanecen. Los logros de otros son fuente de inspiración, así quien ve a un artista lograr monetizar, ve claro ejemplo de que si es posible y que es hasta fácil lograrlo. Quienes iniciamos llegamos a pensar que es fácil y tratamos de imitarlo, pero desde mi punto de vista debe sólo imitar la constancia para llegar, así de fácil. 
Ahora estoy aquí en este punto, presentándome ante esta nueva aventura, y estoy comenzando de cero, dispuesta a aprender mucho, mucho más, esperando seguir divirtiéndome y haciendo contenidos de gran valor, que de alguna manera contribuyan al crecimiento, al  conocimiento y al entreteniendo. No podría irme sin contarles cómo fue que llegué aquí. Pues bien,  fue gracias a Luis “Genera tu sueldo” que llegue a Cos, y  a “Hive” llego de la mano de el amigo “Marcelo”, que me habló de la plataforma y que a la vez me recomendó hablar con otra gran amiga, mi querida “Sugeily” que ha sido quien me ha guiado en estos primeros pasos. Le  agradezco infinitamente. Sorpresa grata, cuando llego me encuentro que esta comunidad está llena de grandes amigos, creadores de contenidos. Esto me hace muy feliz. Estoy muy contenta de verles nuevamente para seguir creando contenido y así seguir creciendo juntos. Saludos y grandes abrazos a todos.

Hello, this is Carlota Ruiz, from Venezuela, from the state of Carabobo. I have 27 years of experience in the theatrical field; also, now, I am a content creator. 
How did I start in this world of content creation? I have little time in the making of videos and I think my story on this particular began on Youtube, like many. Today I come to introduce myself to this beautiful community, my dear community of Hive, and 3Speak. As I already told you, I am Carlota Ruiz, Venezuelan, from Carabobo state.  My first editions were videos, made by my husband, Marcos Montero, with whom I share a passion for theater; he, in the school where he worked, recorded some productions previously directed in theater.  Among them are "Ratoncillo" and "La farsa del Zapatero". In these works I did editing and editing practices, which allowed me to stimulate me to continue in this art. Then in my search and a long time after reviewing videos and working on cryptocurrency taps I came across the Axie and the remote possibility of winning a scholarship, so I discovered applications such as: discord, , and acquire knowledge of cryptocurrencies. I also dabbled in other projects before the pandemic. After trying so much, I stumbled upon the video of "Luis Genera tu sueldo", where he talked about "Cos.tv". I opened an account there, and at the beginning I only watched videos, until I was encouraged to upload videos to participate in the campaigns. Kind of like getting to the beach and starting to get wet until you go for a swim. 
I'm the kind of person who is always open to meet, to work, to do everything in my power to develop a venture, in this case, digital.  The ideal is to get paid for doing what you like, and here I saw a possibility. Before, possibly, this would sound strange or fantasy, but now, with so much technology, it is possible. I see that art can give benefits to those who remain. The achievements of others are a source of inspiration, so whoever sees an artist succeed in monetizing, sees a clear example that it is possible and that it is even easy to achieve. Those of us who start out think that it is easy and try to imitate it, but from my point of view it should only imitate the constancy to get there, it is that easy. 
Now I am here at this point, introducing myself to this new adventure, and I am starting from scratch, ready to learn much, much more, hoping to continue having fun and making content of great value, which somehow contribute to growth, knowledge and entertainment. I could not leave without telling you how I got here. Well, it was thanks to Luis "Genera tu sueldo" that I got to Cos, and I got to "Hive" thanks to my friend "Marcelo", who told me about the platform and at the same time recommended me to talk to another great friend, my dear "Sugeily" who has been the one who has guided me in these first steps. I thank her infinitely. Pleasant surprise, when I arrive I find that this community is full of great friends, content creators. This makes me very happy. I am very happy to see you again to continue creating content and thus continue to grow together. Greetings and big hugs to all.
