Buckwheat with beef.

<center>**Hello friends,**

Today I cooked buckwheat with beef for lunch for my family.

**Ingredients** 

Beef - 1 lb

Buckwheat- 3 cups

Onion - 1

Carrots - 1,5

Bell pepper - 1

Cilantro, cucumber, spinach in a side.

First I cooked beef until it’s browned.

Then I chopped up onion and added it to meat.

Next I chopped up carrots added it to pot.

Now it’s time for bell pepper. I love how bel pepper smells.

Wash buckwheat until it looks clear and pick all the stuff that comes out. Now put it in pot and  cover  with about 1/2 inch of boiling water.

Cook for 20 minutes.

Here is vegan version for my husband, I cooked his buckwheat in a separate pot in. He is eating it with sauerkraut.

Oh my, this beef dish must have the best plating that I have seen. It looks delicious too, with that said, I will definitely try it out. And the salad looks very delicious also.
