Si amiga. Es solo yogurt y frutas. Solo use 3 cucharadas de azúcar en 8 heladitos. Es prácticamente nada. Además.ya el yogur es dulce. No era necesario añadir más de eso así estamos más frescos.de conciencia. Jajaja.

Siii .imagina el sabor del yogurt con trocitos de frutas. Queso rico. Creo que los voy hacer con frecuencia. Sobre todo por los niños por que son más saludables.
