SALSA DE TOMATE SIN CONSERVANTES
Hola a mis apreciados amigos, la receta que a continuación les presento resultó de la fascinación que tiene mi hija Rafaela por los tomates y la salsa.
Debido a la cantidad de grasas, conservantes y otros aditivos que tienen los productos industrializados decidí preparar está deliciosa salsa de tomate con pocos ingredientes, lo que la hace mucho más económica que las del supermercado, asi podemos ahorrar dinero y darle a nuestras familia comidas más saludables. 
Ingredientes:
* 2 kilos de tomates maduros pelados
* 10 granos de ajo
* Dos cucharadas de aceite
* Sal
* Orégano.
* 2 cucharaditas de azúcar.

Preparación:
Colocar los tomates en una olla con agua hirviendo por unos 30 segundos.

Retirar el agua caliente y colocar agua fría hasta cubrir. 

 Posteriormente retirar la piel y semillas de los tomates.

Licuar a velocidad máxima y reservar. 
En una olla colocar las dos cucharadas de aceite, los ajos pelados y finamente picados. Sofreír cuidando que no se quemen por que esto hará que los ajos amarguen. Cuando esten un poco  transparentes agregar los tomates licuados, añadir las dos cucharaditas de azúcar, sal, orégano y pimienta al gusto. 
Dejar que hierva por 10 minutos a fuego medio. Transcurrido el tiempo retirar del fuego.

Está salsa puedes almacenarla en frascos esterilizados y pueden durar mucho tiempo en tu refrigerador. 
Lo importante es esterilizar bien los frascos con alcohol o haciendo el proceso de pasteurización te podrán durar mucho más y así podrás aprovechar cuando sea temporada de tomates y conseguirlos a precios mucho más económicos.

TOMATO SAUCE WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES

Hello my dear friends, the recipe below is the result of my daughter Rafaela's fascination with tomatoes and salsa.

Blend at maximum speed and set aside. 
In a saucepan place the two tablespoons of oil, the peeled and finely chopped garlic. Sauté taking care not to burn them because this will make the garlic bitter. When they are a little transparent add the blended tomatoes, add the two teaspoons of sugar, salt, oregano and pepper to taste. 
Let it boil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Once the time has elapsed, remove from the heat.

This sauce can be stored in sterilized jars and can last a long time in your refrigerator. 
The important thing is to sterilize the jars well with alcohol or making the pasteurization process will last much longer and so you can take advantage when it is tomato season and get them at much cheaper prices.
