Durante la elevación de piernas y extensión de rodillas trabajamos todos los músculos desde los gemelos, aductores, glúteos,  abdomen, entre otros lo que nos garantiza que está rutina de pilates realizada al menos cuatro veces por semana durante 20 minutos nos ayudará a lucir piernas más delgadas y definidas. Los dejo con el vídeo donde explico detalladamente cómo ejecutar cada ejercicio.

De verdad que estos ejercicios de pilates, ademas de fortalecer el cuerpo en su totalidad, podemos ver de forma más rápida resultados en el tren inferior. Ya que así como dices es la zona del cuerpo que más se activa. El pilates es sensacional y combinado más aún. Saludos.
